SEC suspended and now BACK!!!

That is a first... I have never seen this before without some word..

There were rumors of buyout of shell in January 2018!

Hmmmmmm Something is UP. SEC does not let shells just start trading and TDA normally wouldn't touch this if that were the case. Something legitimate is taking place....
