Makes me feel left behind!!! LOL!
Looks like that there is some buying for an unknown reason. But it's good for shareholders. Who knows why?
My friends, WTH, for the week: +17%???!!!
The private placement was a sweetheart deal at .165 per unit. A unit consists of one share of common stock and a warrant to buy another share of common stock at .22 per share before October 29, 2012. The terms were very favorable to those who participated. It brought in $2 million. The warrants will bring in more than that, but they will dilute the current common stockholders share in the company.
Don't have any more info than others... the website is still not working either.
PITCHBLACK is up to something, they just don't want to tell anyone. I couldn't find any mention of the PR below on this site, so I posted it. I could be wrong. It wouldn't be the first time:
Announced 11/1/10
2.00M for Pitchblack Resources Ltd.
Private Placement
Pitchblack Resources Ltd. (TSXV: PIT) announced a non-brokered private placement of 12,121,212 units at CAD 0.165 per unit for gross proceeds of CAD 2,000,000 on November 1, 2010. Each unit consisted of one common share and one common share purchase warrant. Each warrant entitles the holder to acquire one common share at CAD 0.22 until October 29, 2012. The company issued certain finders a total of 629,472 finders' warrants to acquire 629,472 units of the company in ... connection with the financing. The securities issued are subject to a hold period that expires on March 1, 2011.

PIT's price was unchanged after the transaction was announced on 11/1/10.
Stock Gumshoe Newsletter reported this on Friday:
There are also other folks looking for uranium in Mongolia or hoping to restart old exploration projects, among publicly traded stocks I’ve seen a bit of chatter about the much larger ($400+ million market cap) East Asian Minerals (EAS in Canada, EAIAF on the pinks), which has a number of projects in Mongolia and Indonesia and seems pretty active, and the pocket-change sized Pitchblack Resources (Yahoo Finance says they have a market cap of just $3 million — that’s PIT in Canada, CHXMF on the pinks), which seems to have had an agreement to buy EAM’s Mongolian uranium assets — don’t know if that deal ever went through, and as far as I can tell Pitchblack (used to be called Cash Resources) provides only minimal public information and seems to have backed out of a number of deals in the last year.
This week: +44%... nice!!!
QUITE TROUBLING HERE AS WELL... THE WEBSITE ISSUE IS LOOMING HUGE. STILL, THEY ARE COMPLIANT AT THIS TIME.
Bernie Madoff has nothing on clowns from "Pitchblack"
Changing a company's name for no good reason is often a way for a dishonest management to cover up a company's horrible past.
Historical share price is DOWN Down 99% (no exaggeration!) but the record of it disappears as soon as name change goes through.
Not even a website? I could come up with one in forty-five minutes- where's theirs?
Something tells me these scumbags are going to be taken out of an office building in handcuffs some day- I'll gladly take my tens and tens of thousands of dollars in losses (thank you, Jim Dines!) to see these lowlifes behind bars; and I'd even fly out from New York at my expense for the trial!
Everything MHO, of course. Naturally, I hope I'm wrong, but I doubt it...........
The website must be a lower priority... sheeeeeeesh!
Would have been nice to see a new website at the same time of the name change. I thought the new ticker was "PIT" ?
And still, nothing new with the website which is under reconstruction...
CHXMF — Pitchblack Resources, Ltd.

Yes but I need to gather info from pinksheets about the US symbol, etcetera.
FJ, will this board still be here since the new name change ? Will Investors Hub change it to Pitchblack?
If not seen, this is a must read MD&A:
Dated May 31, 2010 for period ending March 31, 2010

Anyone know any news on the reverse-split if it passed? I voted via internet. Also did the name change pass? I kept all my shares through this change. I believe this company will be much better in the future. Please post any info if you got it . Thanks.
China is gonna want Cash's Mongolian uranium. Its very close to the border of China. It's about time for the new website. (Australia is stupid!)
The site is currently undergoing a redesign.
Please check back soon.
This is the best sign I can imagine:

No news since January and now 2 days in a row AND a website reconstruction!!!
Just posting an email. More info for anybody who didn't recieve it. Please take a look at the attached Press Release which Cash Minerals has issued this morning to announce the acquisition of an exciting portfolio of uranium properties in Mongolia.
The properties include three which are well advanced, with historical Soviet mineral resources (Not NI43-101 compliant, yet) which have, in-part, been verified by drilling completed by East Asia Minerals.
As you are aware, Cash Minerals has been pretty inactive for almost two years, due in part to a declined uranium price and the world financial situation. Since my appointment in January I have been reviewing current assets, primarily the Wernecke uranium properties, a few scattered gold/base metal properties, including the Mike Lake project, and the Division Mountain Coal Project, all in the Yukon and have been becoming familiar with various outstanding corporate issues.
At the same time, I have reviewed many potential new opportunities upon which to rebuild the company, with a continued focus on uranium projects. I believe that this acquisition is the first step towards reaching that goal.
I was in Mongolia last October-November to review the data on these properties and was impressed by the changing political and economic reforms there. With the signing in July last year of an Investment Agreement between the Government of Mongolia and Rio Tinto and Ivanhoe Mines to develop the massive Oyu Tolgoi Copper-Gold Deposit there is an air of optimism and new mining investment capital is flowing into the country once again.
We believe there is a future in the uranium industry for junior explorers like Cash and continue to review other potential acquisition targets.
I look forward to working with our shareholders to revitalize the Company.
Unfortunately, I continue to apologize for the website being woefully out of date; we are working on that, soon it will disappear for a couple of weeks entirely, then a new, more informative site will emerge. Thanks for your patience.
I am heading to Mongolia in a couple of days to join with Sarah Palmer, Cash’s Exploration Manager, who has been in Mongolia for a few weeks working with our new Mongolian associates, to plan the details for the first exploration program, expected to commence in July. Should you have any questions regarding this acquisition please send me an email and I will either reply by email or call you upon my return after May 19th.
Regards
Hey lanablue I like what they seem to be doing ,but where is the money coming from 1.5 mil. this year for the Forum by in? other than that I finally am hearing some news .
Shareholders, Associates & Colleagues
Just in case you missed our second press release this week, I am sending you an announcement we made this morning regarding a second transaction I have completed with Forum Uranium to earn a 60% interest in their North Thelon Uranium & REE properties in Nunavut.
Located west of Baker Lake and immediately adjacent to Areva’s Kiggavik Deposits (114M-lbs uranium) I believe the property has excellent potential for a substantial discovery. Although perhaps at a slightly more grassroots level than the properties within the Mongolia Uranium Portfolio which we plan to purchase from EAM Exploration LLC, announced in our press release yesterday, work completed by Forum has already identified a number of good drill targets, some of which we will be testing this summer.
The properties also have an exciting, newly discovered REE anomaly, “Nutaaq”, which we also intend to follow-up on this summer. Field work will begin in July and drilling is likely to be conducted during August, depending on drill rig scheduling.
In both these new projects we plan to utilize the existing technical teams who have been working the ground for several years, which gives us a tremendous head start; they know the geology, logistics, environmental issues and local politics very well. It will also allow Cash to keep our overhead low by not having to assemble new exploration teams.
I am quite pleased that I had a number of comments and questions from shareholders and associates regarding yesterday’s announcement and have already had a few emails today after the attached release was issued this morning. Please bear with me over the next few days as I attempt to reply to everyone. I am actually heading to Mongolia tomorrow but I promise to get back to those who require a response.
As time allows over the next few weeks, we will be updating our website with technical information on these two new, exciting projects.
In the meantime, should you have additional questions or comments please feel free to send me an email.
Thanks for your support and patience as we start moving Cash forward.
Regards
Looks like they are going for Rare Earth Elements also. This is really good news. http://www.marketwire.com/press-release/Cash-Minerals-Signs-Option-Agreement-Explore-Uranium-REE-on-Forum-Uraniums-North-Thelon-TSX-VENTURE-CHX-1159116.htm
Was wondering if you read the news.Look at CHX volume. Maybe this dog will go somewhere finally. http://www.marketwatch.com/story/cash-minerals-signs-heads-of-agreement-to-purchase-100-interest-of-eam-exploration-llc-from-east-asia-minerals-corporation-2010-05-04-832280?reflink=MW_news_stmp
I thought it was strange that Valencia Ventures gets a new ceo on the 27th and Cash's volume goes way up the same day. Maybe just a coincidence but I dont think so. Something is going on quietly and I hope its good. Who knows though.
Lame. On a .035 stock thats a 15% charge. Commission everywhere. Cash has a special meeting in about 6 weeks says Sedar. Maybe their waiting after that for any kind of news.
Lanablue, i tried again today . my order was in and met the ask price.it didnt go through so I called my broker and he said the MM in beyween Canadian exchange and my broker wants another.5. may not seem alot but it equals 500 dollars per 100,000. -Its almost criminal . IF I directly dealt with can. exchange I would be in.Left another message for Currie with no resp. I am not giving up ,just really frustrated
I dont get it Lanablue. Whats the significance?
Maybe the volume yesterday was related to this news. I'm not sure if this could benifit Cash Minerals. http://www.marketwire.com/press-release/Valencia-Appoints-Fred-Leigh-as-President-and-Chief-Executive-Officer-TSX-VENTURE-VVI-1154509.htm
No ,it did not. I really would like management to return an email.Someone bought big the other day . I am wondering if that was a long term placement or just a daytrader.Think its possible its someone in management?
Higher volume on CHX. 1.6 million so far. I cant find any news though. Did your limit trigger today?
Wish it was,but no.The bid is just .03 so I guess it was one big buy.If it keeps going from here I am happy for you but it just past my limit. I have had a limit order on this thing for a week, trying to get in touch with mgmt before adjusting order.,dumluck
Southpen, Was that you who picked up over 435k shares today?
Thank you Lanablue. I am trying to buy shares but I really need to talk to them first. If they for any reason contact you let them know would you.
All I know is from the email Mr. Currie sent me. It started out by saying(My apologies for the delay in reply but I have been out of the country with limited email access). Maybe they are quietly trying to get funding. I think they are going the uranium route from the info in the email. They also appointed Dr. Sarah Palmer, PhD, as Exploration Manager. She worked with uranium. Mr. Barhti bought shares in Feb. so that looks positive also. I check for news everyday so I am just waiting patiently. I really hope this will work out well cause I'm getting pounded down on my 53k mgaff shares. Mr. Currie is also President of Gwynva Resources Management Inc, a private mineral exploration consulting firm, so that may be another positive. Thanks.
Correction LANABLUE,sorry
I know Lanulude is a shareholder. Are you one? Cash seems to have a pretty good web site., but its content about Money seems to be missing. What are the plans? To have so many good properties and not promote anything is bizarre. Who owns the 150 m.S.O.?Management? institutional?. I have lots of questions. Maybe someone at the company will read these posts.Lanalude ,I believe said he/she was in touch with them. Any info. either of you can muster would help. Thanks,SP
South... I have gone through this scenario at least 4 times in the last 6 weeks or less with other companies in different sectors and gotten little or no response - the best one was that the TA was not authorized by that particular company to divulge the information about the share structure that I needed... so I contact the company and: SILENCE!!!
So, here is my perspective: Leaders need to be the good stewards of the things entrusted to them. Since the company is public, something quite basic stated in a public way needs to be presented to keep shareholders in the general loop. Otherwise, deafening silence kills a stock.
Futuresjackal. I take it your a shareholder. This company has great potential. I dont see any debt.I would like to buy and hold.Do you know of anything in the works that could make this kind of behaivour possible.Sometimes they have institutional investors and dont care about the small lots . ?????????????? .
I share your intense frustration... senseless.
Lanablue I have called investor relations twice 416,(toronto) and emailed Mr Currie with no response in a week. Do they not want shareholders? Is something new that you know about?
