@----- They can drag it out for quite some time if they want, I would guess that they will just issue and dump more shares to address the current noncompliance letter from the SEC. That buys them time until the next noncompliance letter regarding marketcap.

Are they waiting delist? Even though BP or other big fish (I dont think Shell, they already bought volta) TO, the price will be really cheap. I hold a mining company which has acquired existing plant (bankrupt) valued $900 mil sold to $60 mil. All possibility here sold to very cheap or nothing. Well, I better not to comment anymore here. I had affection on this company, thats why I keep comment. But, management totally destroyed everything. They lie and unclear everything, even their report. No one in wallst liked their behaviour.

$DCFC Pumpers are just newbies. they dont have adequate logic. Just ironic theory and comparing with unrelated stock. I had faith on this company, not anymore. I just dont want to see more innocent victim like me. Handling loss is the key for invest world. I dont care how much you loss. Thats your cut. More important thing on this trade is that you acknowledge why you lost your money and learn from it then dont make mistake again. Remember buffet's 1st and 2nd rule. What I think we will see in the near term is people selling because what used to be a decent sized position has been reduced to something too small to bother hanging onto. Like a thousand shares reduced to 5 shares; even 10,000 shares reduced to 50 shares. Meanwhile, I'm sure insiders will get new options to leave themselves undamaged by the r/s. All in all, some dirty deeds from down under.

So it's hard to get the actual number, but I'd guess the market cap is now less than $10 million with close to $200 million in sales and a brand new plant in Tennessee. Obviously there is some massive dilution coming or they're going out of business.

The more important question is what type of fund raising will they be able to do.

If they find investors who are willing to participate in a normal type of equity offering, then the offering price is the key thing.

But if they are still forced to issue convertible debt, look out below. Companies I have seen that continue to issue convertible debt and the massive dilution that follows end up with a share price close to where the original reverse split occurred.

This is unusual though, taking the o/s all the way down to 1 million. I guess anything could happen here. It all depends on when/if Tritium's desperate need for financing abates.
