But if they are still forced to issue convertible debt, look out below. Companies I have seen that continue to issue convertible debt and the massive dilution that follows end up with a share price close to where the original reverse split occurred.
This is unusual though, taking the o/s all the way down to 1 million. I guess anything could happen here. It all depends on when/if Tritium's desperate need for financing abates.
