@----- They can drag it out for quite some time if they want, I would guess that they will just issue and dump more shares to address the current noncompliance letter from the SEC. That buys them time until the next noncompliance letter regarding marketcap.

9:19 AM $DCFC They intentionally did this. This company needs to be investigated by the SEC. Too many violations on purpose with no communications to shareholders.

$DCFC I think they are planning to get delisted and then announce buyout for 1.5X of what the price is at that point. Anyone care to sue this company? They probably will be happy to announce bankruptcy if they get sued successfully. How can anyone be bullish when the company is doing everything possible to kill the pps?

At some point end of last year they decided fxck shareholders and pps. No more communication. That hasn’t changed and this will continue to tank unless it changes.
