I think JWez was personally somewhat hurt by the way SP either lied outright to him and/or shut him out. When all of us were looking for anything current on what was going on, he was willing to take time to call SP and to report what he could, then he was shut out.

SP burned many investor bridge., Each of us knows darned well if his name appears anywhere on any stock anyone is interested in, we will be itching to let all new investors know just what sort of guy SP is. His name and reputation are complete crap. He typifies exactly the type of character all of us hate the most when it comes to investing in companies like this.

Boy, do I. I was pretty convinced (by my own good self) that much good was being done and that SP had a severe ego problem and or communication phobia, but that otherwise things were going to work out. So I championed his efforts. When I later learned that at the exact same time he was preparing his bailout by signing up with the US Fertilizer Group, llc, I was taught a bitter lesson.

Along the way, I don't know how much of what we were told was fiction and how much was not, but if any of the people who were allegedly coming onboard had any truth, then maybe there is a chance for someone to do something good with what is left of the so-called company. I suspect SP has sold out and that this is why the management page on the still-running Tivus website says "new management". All I can do is to wait for the inevitable reverse split that turns my worthless shares into shares that are one thousandth of worthless.

MY long-range sensors failed spectacularly on this play. I am cold and adrift in the cold blackness of deep space.

Yes. I have made this realization. I did everything within reason to contact the man. I extended to him all chances to respond with dignity. Only received silence in return. Clearly, he thinks he is better than other people.

Since it appears there is a small chance ha has sold out and that someone else has come in and taken over I have really no choice to see what happens since I cannot presently sell any of my shares.
In my so-called mind, I have already accepted the loss. So anything good that happens from this point onward is my reward for the risk I have taken.

Centaurs, that is an interesting post. I certainly agree that people are very tired of being tracked and profiled. You can bet your bottom dollar , though, that it will continue forever. The trackers are just going to invent more discreet ways to get the job done.

As pertains to Tivus, now that is seems at least plausible that SP has sold the company to someone else, [New Management---see website], I can't help but think about how one of the parties involved last year is a former high-ranking military man. The Tivus concept was being explored at that time for possible other applications.

Mind you, this is a fantasy/daydream I have on this subject but I could see SP jumping at any chance to get out from under and Mr. Bickel being in a perfect position to acquire control, if not ownership. Nearly everyone thinks of Tivus as being a completely dead issue and those of still holding unsellable stock seek ways to write it off. If there is still a website, a TA and new management, then it seems any outcome is still within the realm of the possible.... especially if SP is no longer in the picture.

Well in todays News the Uk is going to outlawed this same idea.

Officials demanded Monday that an advertising firm stop using a network of high-tech trash cans to track people walking through London's financial district

The Renew ad firm has been using technology embedded in the hulking receptacles to measure the Wi-Fi signals emitted by smartphones, and suggested that it would apply the concept of "cookies" - tracking files that follow Internet users across the Web - to the physical world.

"We will cookie the street," Renew Chief Executive Kaveh Memari said in June.

But the City of London Corporation insisted that Renew pull the plug on the program, which captures smartphones' serial numbers and analyzes signal strength to follow people up and down the street. Renew didn't immediately return a call seeking comment on whether it would comply with the authorities' demand.

The trash cans join a host of everyday objects from televisions to toilets that are being manufactured with the ability to send and receive data, opening up new potential for interaction - and surveillance.

It's unclear how Renew had planned to use the data, which were gathered by its reinforced, shoulder-height pods stationed near St. Paul's Cathedral and Liverpool Street Station.

But if a company could see that a certain smartphone user spent 20 minutes in a McDonald's every day, it could approach Burger King about airing an ad on the bin's video display whenever that user walks by at lunchtime. Or it could target its commercials in real time by distinguishing between people who work in the area and visiting tourists.

Now, since you have not really mentioned any of the substance of your conversation here, is it remotely safe to assume that nothing of any real value was disclosed to you?

For me, the most disturbing part is that he seems to think that after all he has put his shareholders through he has any right to request we do not become "haters".

What in the world did he expect? Is he THIS unable to put a shoe on the other foot and to understand how his supporters have been made (by him) to feel? Perhaps so, but if true, then how could anyone do business with him on any level?

I had completely disregarded any hope for this stock a long time ago now. I am only holding shares, like most anyone else because I cannot find a hose that will take them.(Can't say I blame them, either.)
As for trading 450 or 750 shares (whichever it was) how can that even mean anything at all? To any investor.

I am returning to suspended animation mode for the time being with an alarm set of this ever begins to mean anything in the future.

I doubt that a DT Chill has much to do with your complaint. If you allege a blatant violation of SEC regulations and their investigation amounted to anything of signifigance then it should result in the SEC filing charges and imposing action on the parties responsible. It doesn't make sense that the ONLY action would be to screw the share holders out of moving in or out of this POS, unless they do have pending litigation and 1) they are freezing any ability to generate revenues to fight said litigation, and/or 2) they want a firm record of those affected by any wrong doings in case there is any restituion to be made. Honestly I have no clue, because I have never, before Tivus, been involved with anything like what we are experiencing here.

I am not saying either you or I are right or wrong here, infact the truth is probably at least a bit different than you or I opine it to be. I am just suggesting that you might be a little too quick to cast blame on others to suit your services. Afterall, yesterday you claimed that my purpose here is to pump this POS to sell it off to some other sucker. If you care to check my post history here and on other boards, you will very quickly realize that I am not that guy. But you are certainly entitled to believe whatever you like. But If you feel the need to accuse me of something criminal in nature as the accusations you made were. Then I would prefer you contact me directly or use the proper legal avenues. I personally reported this scam artist to the SEC a long time ago. You can not have contracts and never show revenues...FYI, the SEC never replied to my written complaint, but I sure hope they actually looked into it, and maybe even did something about it...i.e. DT Chill.

Financial statements don't lie. Tivus never showed revenues, because they never got paid for anything. If you have a contract and you actually install (by the way I don't even believe that Tivus installed anything at Marriott), even if you don't get paid, you still recognize revenues with accounts receivable on your balance sheet. Tivus never had sales, thus no revenues, thus no receivables...that is more than an opinion. That's proof! The day that Prakash shows some audited statements with revenues, that would be considered proof and I would personally apologize to that "CEO". Only in America can clowns like that hold CEO titles.
