I doubt that a DT Chill has much to do with your complaint. If you allege a blatant violation of SEC regulations and their investigation amounted to anything of signifigance then it should result in the SEC filing charges and imposing action on the parties responsible. It doesn't make sense that the ONLY action would be to screw the share holders out of moving in or out of this POS, unless they do have pending litigation and 1) they are freezing any ability to generate revenues to fight said litigation, and/or 2) they want a firm record of those affected by any wrong doings in case there is any restituion to be made. Honestly I have no clue, because I have never, before Tivus, been involved with anything like what we are experiencing here.
I am not saying either you or I are right or wrong here, infact the truth is probably at least a bit different than you or I opine it to be. I am just suggesting that you might be a little too quick to cast blame on others to suit your services. Afterall, yesterday you claimed that my purpose here is to pump this POS to sell it off to some other sucker. If you care to check my post history here and on other boards, you will very quickly realize that I am not that guy. But you are certainly entitled to believe whatever you like. But If you feel the need to accuse me of something criminal in nature as the accusations you made were. Then I would prefer you contact me directly or use the proper legal avenues.
