If you suspect that prakash lied and there is no contract, then I can certainly understand why you might feel this way. If you have proof, produce it, and lets bury the sucker. Otherwise, I think it is fair to say that we are each entitled to post our own opinions to where we believe Tivus will go in the future.

I think you are trying to say or at least imply that there is not and never was a contract with philly marriott? If this is so, and I have no evidence for sure either way, but I do have evidence that a tivus system was installed by Mr Prakash and company at that hotel. Lets evaluate that for one moment. If I am Mr Prakash, and Philly Marriott says sure come on and install your system, why would I do so without some indication that they were going to pay for it, even if it was at a cut rate price below profit level to get the name out there? (Not saying it was, just asking a question). If I am philly Marriott, why would I allow some yahoo to come into my hotel and perform an installation that is going to render my my rooms unusable for a time without a contract that he is going to do what he promised to do? I can't fathom being party to any kind of dealings like either side without a contract identifying what each party is responsible for. Who would spend the kind of money to lift a satelite onto the roof of a downtown city tall building with a helicopter, just because they want to see a helicopter flying over their head? As a practical man, I just don't reason how any of this could occur without a contract. There are laws against announcing a contract when there is in fact no contract. If this is the case why is prakash not in jail? I will agree with you that it seems fishy that details were never released, but in my mind I can logically establish some reasons why not releasing details would infact be reasonable ( at least for a short period of time). If I make you sick, then that is just an issue you will have to live with, or do something about, but if you in anyway are trying to assume that I am trying to get others to invest here, when there is a block on the movement of all shares, then you my friend are sadly mistaken. Although there was a time that I saw a future in Tivus, today I wouldn't recommend this pinky to my worst enemy. I still believe that there can be future for this technology, and I have faith, as small as it is, that this idea is good enough to turn around. I think the people here, myself included at times are tuff on prakash, and while you all have a right to state your opinion, without facts, they are all just opinions. Stating an opinion without supporting evidence is no more a fact or disprove some other persons statement. Basically, if you post an opinion, but I can find no evidence to disprove it, it does not by default become anything more than a Theory at best. Only evidence and supporting facts make statements factual and therefore "facts". For example, just because you say there was never a contract, doesn't make it so unless you have proof or evidence to back up your statement. The burden of proof is not on me or anyone else, and furthermore the fact that I can disprove it doesn't make it fact.

Please - No one is demanding. The fact is he straight up lied about the dilution practices, and he has done nothing to address the fact that every single contract and prospect along the way has, for one reason or another, fallen through. Thieva has pocketed hundreds of thousands of dollars in investors money, and the only thing we have to show for it is billions more shares. Where exactly do you think the share price is going to go with 6 billion shares? Even if he turns it into a multi-million dollar company, most of us aren't making our money back with billions of shares on the table.

This was supposed to be an investment, and instead Thieva is pulling a Fed and printing Monopoly money out of thin air. Asking for a company to be responsive to - and responsible toward - its shareholders is in no way "demanding". It's the LEAST one would expect from a man who has been offering false promises for almost half a decade now.

I must be getting more and more gullible the older I get; or am just tired of the fight and have more important things going on, but Shiva sounded genuine the other day if he could just get that chill lifted. Maybe I will follow up with him today or first of the week and see if he has come up with any ideas or contacted any deep pocketed investors.
What we DO POSITIVELY KNOW is this has morphed into more than a lotto ticket. It is like finding the mega millions winner on the ground and never paying for it.

I just received another class action lawsuit proposed settlement notice in the mail today.
I received one over a year ago for Wacovia bank (in which i am due between 4500-5k dollars, and today's was for Genta (not worth the ink).

I have tried to e-mail him a couple of times and of course get no response. That crook won't come out of hiding. That last conference call I was on in which he tried to "confront" the people who called him a liar and a cheat was a joke - everyone on that call knew he was a liar and a cheat, we just wouldn't take the bait.

The guy should be in jail, and we should be auctioning off his house and his cheap sport coats to get our money back.

This is all, of course, IMHO....but I don't doubt it's the "HO" of just about every other poster here.

Shiva had a decent idea .
My problem with him is he continued the con game even after several months of complete failure.
He never mentioned the resignation of the Marriott dork brothers, Trunkenmiller, who is probably drunk on miller. He never gave details of the failure in Omaha Double tree, the Philly Marriott pull out, and the big fat zero in Puerto Rico, not to mention his last ditch effort lie about a contract in the home country of India.
That's four strikes.
Don't worry about a DTC chill that's child's play compared to all the money that ISN'T COMING IN!
One more thing he did financing with a known dilution artist Joe Canouse. I never knew that name until I was scammed by this pos. He has relatives, spouse and siblings apparently working toward multiple pink schemes. According to him it's legal. But what we all learned last weekend not all that is legal is JUST!!

I do not know; at one point a big well known investor owned like two billion shares if I remember correctly; Shiva said none of the biggies sold off yet either, but I can not confirm that.
I wish somebody with knowledge and resources would help him get the chill lifted so this could activate again. Just hopeful I guess.....

He must not try to swindle anymore......from what I can see he swindled. However, I believe he truly loved Tivus and believed 85% of the BS he spewed. He admitted to me the other day, after I clowned his manure bit, that he was involved with several companies. Life must go on; TIVU is his baby and he has spent a ton of yes, your money and his own.
I do not know if I feel for the guy or wanna rip his appendages from his body. Time heals wounds and I want him to keep fighting for it is not totally dead, just merely on life support.

No everything I ripped him on he had a detailed and viable rebut. Like I said he was not defensive nor cute meaning; he gets people wants his head. He seemed frustrated and broken. Note; I have not one iota of sympathy or remorse for him.
The India thing was too complicated and Puerto Rico something else.
The only hope any of this ever has is that deep pocket investors pull their clout perhaps a lawyer or two do some serious work and get the chill (formality he calls it) lifted. It was something regarded as fraud but not by the company. Sounded fishy as everything out of his mouth, but he talked for thirty minutes and that made me question "some" things.

I may call him again this week and I seriously urge anybody who knows the technical ins and outs to do so and get some questions answered because he will talk to us. He knows that answers may help with a bit of closure for many of us and that's the least he can do.

Hope that helps man. I mean it was a total stab in the dark and I had a bad day the day we talked and actually wanted to rip someone and was reading this, and I don't know decided to call; what the hell! Got a bunch off my chest and felt great. Not the twenty or so thousand me and my investors most certainly lost but BETTER in a weird way.

No; for all accounts he is still where we were a year ago. He spent everything on lawyers trying to get the chill lifted.

He did tell me the BIG customer and idea which is still interested if they can get to that point but he has not been able to publicly say anything.

Talked to Shiva last week for about 30 minutes. He said quit hating we've still got life in this one!!
There is a global chill on TIVU he is having a hard time having lifted. Not holding my breath, but I am glad I did not write it off yet.
