I had a conversation with him a few weeks ago, maybe he thought I was a regulator, for all he knows I could have been from the SEC, listening closely for his exaggerations. Anyway he sounded tired, worn out.
I was patiently waiting for his glossy Sales Pitch that some of the other posters enjoyed, instead I got a flat mumbling CEO, that didn't share much optimism. He just mumbled.

The CIO position may be better suited for him if things ever get rolling.

Maybe there is still a snowball chance.
I wouldn't even consider it until a revenue report is generated.

There are a lot of things,
which clearly have not gone right here. TIVU has been played for the P&D flimflam it is and the eventuality of the truth of the matter was certain to surface at some point in time. Those who played it off of the declining support and existing bag holders worked their magic and made money just as the company was making money with its dilution and all the while the falling knife. But you are not new to these boards nor the subpennies and have most certainly seen it all, or at least some portion of it, previously over the past six years or so.

I'd just like to see some honesty come out of Shiva's mouth, out of his company. Not sure that one would recognize it unless backed up by OTC reporting. While investors are spread far and wider then the ranks of iHub posters, even this venue is at a standstill for his further dilution. Now the ball is in his court as he can either return to the playing field with some substance and treat his shareholders with a little respect or he can simply slither away as I am inclined to believe he will. You just never know! If he does return, most certainly so will the players.

I'm all for watching for awhile while looking for anything positive to surface. It can't get much worse as our investments are worthless here at the moment and no one in their right mind is going to buy his large bag of new A/S without some evidence of progress unless they just want controlling interest in a cheap shell. For bag holders whom loaded up on the hype and BS, with little or no trading sense at all, some will learn something from it and others will not and simply find themselves bled out again and again until they have to leave the floor.

I like bottom plays and realize that I will lose on some. I calculate that into my RISK TO REWARD considerations. But I don't bet the farm, hock the kids, overload the boat or fall in love with my personal egocentric greed dreams. LOL

Why are we wasting all this time hand wringing?

Read all the PR's and financials. That will give you the whole picture. There is always an excuse for the repeated failings of this venture.

We lost our content provider. That delayed the contract with Marriot. Doubletree supposedly had financial problems and did not move forward with the contract.

Steven Haag and others could not be trusted. They were stealing our technology.

We can't close deals without a Board of Directors. Now several candidates have been interviewed but only two have been announced.
Are there more coming? Who knows.

Mystery installations in India and Puerto Rico. Two years of claims of other intallations in major metropolitan areas in the financials with no proof or verification.

I don't know if any of this is true but I do know this.

If we are being led by a crook no amount of analysis and letter writing will make a difference.

If we still have a viable company then all we can do is wait for results.

The constant negativity resolves nothing unless your goal is to vent publicly.

A rational person would stop the bleeding by not investing one more penny here. There is more than enough reason to doubt anything that is claimed by Shiva until we see real results and revenue.

It is irrational however, on a daily basis, to announce to the entire world how stupid we all were to put ourselves in this position.

Either we have lost everything or good news is coming. All we can do is watch and wait.

Here is my thought process with the time line. If the share holders can somehow put all the name calling aside, and co-ordinate in some sort of logical sequence( of FACTS) of the history we have endured here for better part of 2 years or longer. Once compiled this sequence of events and questions still needing to be addressed can be sent to the CEO and advisory board members via registered mail allowing a period of time for the CEO to answer. I guess some people only see their obligations of communicating clearly when their feet are held to fire.

Time line is a great idea. I'm on the train so I don't have access to all my flow charts and my trade history,but the first huge promise was:

1) Nebraska Doubletree installation.


He tried to address it in the latest conference call yet gave some snappy, technical excuse about their provider.

The Doubletree promises is what gave everyone hope back in 2010.

2) Doug Marriott to "Advisory Board"

3) Phil Marroitt speaking to several interested clients. How many deals did he close?

I know you have the God-given right to express your opinions. I do not deny you that. You may even be right about some of your allegations. But since most of the negative posts are rehashes of earlier posts and since the posts never offer any supportive facts would you mind terribly not posting more rehash?

I totally understand the need to vent frustration, but the time and energy that has been spent here must surely have better uses, yes?

I don't understand why the value of this board as relates the PPS is discounted so much. It is as if the good people who posts here do not imagine many would-be investors would ever stop in here to see what other investors might be saying. We all know better. We know this is, in fact, very valuable to look at as part of any DD effort, so why give others a horrible, even disproportionately bad picture of reality here? It can't be helpful to share value to be so negative so often.

As an example, one beef commonly aired here: There is no contract!..We see no evidence of a contract so there must not be one. It gets said here almost daily. In the same breath, the cry goes out: This is a scam!!! But there is no evidence of a scam either.

No contract because we see no evidence of one. But it is a scam even though there is no evidence of a scam. The contradiction is a stunner.

There are a lot of reasons why investors would take a chance on Shiva Prakash and his TiVUS vision. I have no one to blame but myself for investing here and I have to accept that responsibility, but along with that acceptance I also recognize and acknowledge the CEO's responsibility to perform and be accountable to his investors.

I was flabbergasted by the ND conference call, some three days or so after I decided to take a chance here, and even more so by the recent horribly done video performance. At NO BID with nearly 3,000,000,000 newly added shares to market, I just think that the CEO might have awaken, shined a little, thrown some cold water on his face!

As you say, some longs are no doubt angry. They are angry with themselves for being dupped and angry with Shiva for playing them as fools. The stock performance, press releases, financial reporting, the BOD, anything in regards to the CEO performance and support has left everyone feeling scammed again right under the eyes of the SEC. I think that you summed it up pretty well.
