There are a lot of things,
which clearly have not gone right here. TIVU has been played for the P&D flimflam it is and the eventuality of the truth of the matter was certain to surface at some point in time. Those who played it off of the declining support and existing bag holders worked their magic and made money just as the company was making money with its dilution and all the while the falling knife. But you are not new to these boards nor the subpennies and have most certainly seen it all, or at least some portion of it, previously over the past six years or so.

I'd just like to see some honesty come out of Shiva's mouth, out of his company. Not sure that one would recognize it unless backed up by OTC reporting. While investors are spread far and wider then the ranks of iHub posters, even this venue is at a standstill for his further dilution. Now the ball is in his court as he can either return to the playing field with some substance and treat his shareholders with a little respect or he can simply slither away as I am inclined to believe he will. You just never know! If he does return, most certainly so will the players.

I'm all for watching for awhile while looking for anything positive to surface. It can't get much worse as our investments are worthless here at the moment and no one in their right mind is going to buy his large bag of new A/S without some evidence of progress unless they just want controlling interest in a cheap shell. For bag holders whom loaded up on the hype and BS, with little or no trading sense at all, some will learn something from it and others will not and simply find themselves bled out again and again until they have to leave the floor.

I like bottom plays and realize that I will lose on some. I calculate that into my RISK TO REWARD considerations. But I don't bet the farm, hock the kids, overload the boat or fall in love with my personal egocentric greed dreams. LOL

But Anyway...

You know some here have pumped and dumped TIVU.. while seemingly to pay the Fiddler and the Band.
Without saying .. who is right or wrong, lets just say they are no longer around.

If I was shiva, I would sue... the ones who self proclaimed anything from defamatory remarks, or otherwise untrue with a supposed ... how You say? A... Signed Legal form like a non disclosure agreement.

I remember reading here about there was to be no more dumping of shares... then it was to the moon, back in March of 2012 I believe ... so to speak, but that was not a fact. Then I went from 1 % ownership to .0001 ownership, only To My sell off at a much lower price,after all the Dumping that has happened.
