Here is my thought process with the time line. If the share holders can somehow put all the name calling aside, and co-ordinate in some sort of logical sequence( of FACTS) of the history we have endured here for better part of 2 years or longer. Once compiled this sequence of events and questions still needing to be addressed can be sent to the CEO and advisory board members via registered mail allowing a period of time for the CEO to answer. I guess some people only see their obligations of communicating clearly when their feet are held to fire.
