I am with you on this. I have figured it out as well but my theory still not 100% confirmation so I feel not the right time to make the announcement on the board.

Well... I'm pretty sure I've figured it out. All of it.
You are correct that Oi2's contribution is MASSIVE.

As I said, I'm "pretty sure" though. I'm still waiting on confirmation, which could come from a number of different feelers I put out recently.

But if I'm right, which the logic behind my theory supports, then everything we've seen thus far makes perfect sense. All the delays, the addition of the billions of restricted shares, the vagueness on any details... all of it makes sense.

I don't even want to put this theory out in the public it's so huge and I don't have confirmation. But if I am right, we'll be hearing about it imminently anyway and we'll all be makin it rain with thousand dollar bills!!

I have to withdraw my saving to allow me to trade again. I make very serious money on FRFX and JBZY. I just adding and reloading JBZY again.

OTTV haven't flipped or sold anything yet. I am negative -16.99% for every downtick I lost over 12k and that is no bulchit. I know I will make millions in OTTV just matter of times.

I wish OTTV remaining low so you can get back in...JBZY will pop hard in the next few days. If I were you I probably make the same choice as well.

I’ve suspect that the joint company with Oi2 is going to be producing their original content. If you recall the Tito Puente exchange I had with JF on twitter, it was in reference to an original documentary they’re making (possibly made) coving his last shows before he died.

Then there was also the Jose Fernandez clips that JS put up a while back too. This video is discussed on this board several posts back.

I will verify this theory though and let you know what I find.

Absolutely right! The line up of the radio and tv network behind oi2 is huge to creating new Spanish series. I am not sure why JF does not utilize that?

I think we pretty much know the two big things they offer -
- a platform for exposure and advertising to spanish speaking audiences
- spanish language original content, already one of our channels is theirs, I suspect there are a few options from there. First i forget where, probably one of your finds, there were rumors that they were going to get into creating new spanish series almost like netflix, oi2 could be behind that. They also can provide 100+ radio type channels to fill out the lineup and offer siriusxm type option for spanish speakers.

Triad is nothing comparing to Oi2 all the connections. JF ban me on tweet. Someone needs to ask JF... what is the status of Oi2 our Join partner. Why are we not hearing any follow up since the last announcement?

I've always said the Triad partnership was a big deal. Triad will have the opportunity of turning into a national company. Which helps VivaLive even more.

This is so much bigger than people realize and we're lucky enough to be part of its creation and own stock in it.

How many times have we heard people say "I wish I owned stock when (pick a major company) just started." Here is their chance.

Our friends at Triad have been working equally as hard as JF and crew for the past several years. In fact Rory Conaway has been quite vocal about what he sees as Triad's, and that of other WISPs, role in developing the framework of the nation's telecomm infrastructure.

In it, he makes the case for wireless technology as a municipal infrastructure investment and highlights several of the benefits that municipalities would reap from opting to go this route.

Wanna know something funny?

Turns out that quite a few WISPs out there have been looking for something like Viva to package with their internet offerings.

It's also a fairly small circle too where most players are on good terms with the other WISPs.

So given that all these WISPs across the country don't view each other as competitors, and they also all seem to be looking for a quality OTT streaming offering to pair with their services, one would assume that Rory Conaway would hook his buddies up if he came across such an offering, right?!?

Yes. Damn Right.

Looks like Rory brought his friends to the party too.

Remember that tweet from JF about the 12 companies? That was in reference to the Triad training itself. Everyone assumed that he was referencing all the other companies that they've already disclosed partnerships with, hence the top sticky from powerbattles on the OTTV board.

I think we all jumped to the easiest conclusion to make from that tweet. And it was incorrect.
The other 12 companies they will be training are really TWELVE MORE PREVIOUSLY UNKNOWN WISPs!!!



Even more mind-boggling discoveries to come tomorrow!! I'm too tired to try and explain the other insane revenue generating arm of their operations I came across this evening.

Viva should target retirement homes & adult day care centers.

In addition to hotels and some schools already planned.

That slew of 6 channels (free) are dedicated to oldies but goodies are classic.

Jack Benny, Howdy Doody, Dark Shadows, Honeymooners, Walton's, Bonanza, etc.

Old clean American TV. They would love it. I'm familiar with those places. They would jump all over it, and it would probably be subsidized.

Then there was the whole ROKU IPO, which I found the timing of to be quite the coincidence.

False Alarm. I asked Triad if I was reading the signs correctly with the website being down and the article. This was their response:

"Holy cow, I didn't know. I'm calling GoDaddy right now to see what happened.

We aren't merging with Comcast. I just wanted to show they are raising their prices."

The plot gets thicker... Triad doesn't do Facebook posts too often (the last one being from Sept. 1), but they did post something new just yesterday.
