Well... I'm pretty sure I've figured it out. All of it.
You are correct that Oi2's contribution is MASSIVE.

As I said, I'm "pretty sure" though. I'm still waiting on confirmation, which could come from a number of different feelers I put out recently.

But if I'm right, which the logic behind my theory supports, then everything we've seen thus far makes perfect sense. All the delays, the addition of the billions of restricted shares, the vagueness on any details... all of it makes sense.

I don't even want to put this theory out in the public it's so huge and I don't have confirmation. But if I am right, we'll be hearing about it imminently anyway and we'll all be makin it rain with thousand dollar bills!!
