I've been following $ETEK. Same custodian as $NUGN (Emergent LLC), awarded in April of last year:

Price went up in the last OTC wave on zero catalyst, is coming back down now. There has been nothing from the custodian for a while. I am just wondering...

- Once custodianship is awarded, what is the average time it takes the custodian to find a R/M candidate?
- Do custodians ever abandon the shells they are awarded?
- How often do shells get acquired in custodianship and nothing ends up happening with them?

Just trying to learn more about these plays.
