Just another one. How special he uses Sharon Mitchell, the attorney of BIOFIN / BIOFINN infamy.
A new fraud for gannon?
Is he really that arrogant to go on to another after getting gutted for evti?
Back in February when CV started I stashed away plenty of cash but I've used almost none of it. Maybe $100 in the past two months. Everything goes on plastic and some stores prefer it that way.
Early on, I tested whether paper money could be cleaned in our microwave without starting a fire. Dampened a brand new $100 bill, the kind with lots of metallic threads, and heated on high for a minute. Result was a toasty hot and presumably sterile Franklin.
Shoe boxes [plural???]. I keep most of mine in one file folder.
I noticed how these birds of a feather always stick together. The same names keep popping up. This was about 2 years ago but the names just keep recycling. Sharon Mitchell is the attorney for TRON which issued stock to a nonexistent company. They tried to quickly cover it up, but it’ll come back to bite them.
Giguiere + Forster + Mitchell = :(

The Securities and Exchange Commission charged Gannon Giguiere, a stock promoter, and four others involved in an alleged series of microcap fraud schemes that were foiled by FBI undercover work and an SEC trading suspension.
That’s great advice, bar - preserve savings. My grandmother preserves hers by keeping it in shoeboxes. lol, she has money in stocks and various funds, but her “stash” is in those shoeboxes.
You can even "profit" from deflation, but the key trick is to preserve your savings. The cost of living plummeted about 1/3 during the depression. "Cash in the mattress" wasn't a bad deal compared to free falling stocks and failing banks.
Notice this story from today:
"Consumer prices post biggest decline since 2008 as coronavirus puts clamps on inflation"
"CPI shows 20% plunge in gas prices, airfares post record drop"
https://www.marketwatch.com/story/consumer-inflation-posts-biggest-decline-in-april-since-2008-as-prices-sink-cpi-shows-2020-05-12
That’s great advice, especially when everything is so uncertain both in the markets and our daily lives as well. I wouldn’t touch any of these OTC P&Ds, often ignored by OTC penny stock traders is the extreme risk of such a position in the OTC with it’s many pump and dump schemes manipulated by Insiders, financiers and promoters in general, often undisclosed.
Shorting has become almost extinct. Hedge funds (despite their name) rarely short anymore. Buffett has written about it. He briefly tried shorting stocks in his early days. He says that finding bad, over priced stocks is easy, BUT getting the timing right is very difficult.
Hence this advice: "The Market Can Stay Irrational Longer Than You Can Stay Solvent."
I've never shorted; I advise everyone to not even think about it. VERY DANGEROUS.
Those are truly outdated old-time clothes, I looked, the clothes are so yesterday - not my cup of tea. The pps is a bit surprising though.
I’ve been following an “ex” clothing stock that was listed, now it’s dark, pink, with no financials in over 5 years. No CEO, no nothing, just hope and dreams - a prime candidate for SEC suspension. Now the claim is it has Millions of shares of Naked Shorts, all due to those meanie MMs.
It’s always a good laugh to read about massive abusive “Shorty” on these sub-zero penny stocks. I’ve heard it on every P&D OTC penny stock but I’ve yet to see any proof.
Wanna invest? That "aggressive" retailer is the Ascena Retail Group consisting of Lane Bryant, Ann Taylor, Dress Barn, Catherines and such. Shops your grandma loved, and now mostly closed amid CV. Guess Christmas wasn't so great. Shares were vastly higher when that posted in November. A 1-for-20 reverse split came on December 18! Scoop them up for about a buck now.
Delisting from the NYSE may be near. Also great news.
lol, yet it’s marketed as the best thing since sliced bread! All of these fake claims are merely entertainment - nothing more.
From the bad news is good news school of pumping:
"Funniest retailer pump: "Great to see 50% off of everything at..."
No, that post from November 2019 doesn't show the retailer "is being aggressive" and it doesn't portend "A Great Christmas." It's clear to anyone the retailer was failing and liquidating. Actually smart with CV shutting down stores a few months later. This kind of pumping borders on fraud. But great entertainment in these times..."

There appears to be a number of folks who simply don't understand shorting. Shorting is when an investor borrows shares and sells them, hoping he can get them later at a lower price and pocket the difference.
I read this on a board today, well done:
“Naked shorts or any shorts for that matter wouldnt be covering on the ASK.“
When the otc short report is shown to be basically worthless and the difference between short volume and short interest has been fully vetted and explained.....the short conversation CEASES.
HOWEVER, in the truly despicable otc frauds, the bs shorty nonsense often escalates and shifts gears to an NSS situation.
Then comes the bogus speculation the NSS is so huge a MOASS in inevitable which is of course absolute hogwash designed to separate an uniformed trader from his or her money.
Best defense is common sense.
If it sounds too good to be true it is.
Dont anyone fall for it.
Ask someone you trust for help.
Verify things to your own satisfaction.
Those promoting it are the most dastardly.
Its absolutely disengenuous for anyone to try to convey a 1 for 200 as being a good thing.
It is a fleecing.
Interesting how few traders understand shorting or even what it entails. When the FTD Report from the SEC shows there are no Reg SHO issues with a security, the claim of abusive shorting activity has in fact been proven to be quite FALSE.
More knowledge on the Shorty subject is a necessity, don’t be fooled.
Should be a blast seeing all the short squeezes called on every scammy OTC penny stock, yet not one occurred. Just more insider OTC grifters attempting to get the unsuspecting to fall for it. The last one I saw had $174, Total volume, for the entire day, that was some squeeze....NOT!
Way cool DD done by Renee. It’s an interesting post about SEC Registrants that are severely delinquent in their filings, like so many stocks on the OTC are. Suspension happens more often than promoters think.

So true, THall. I’ve found that the real "NSS problem" is that traders complaining the most about short selling generally understand the least about how it works.
It’s interesting yet misleading to read that a reverse split is “a good thing”, especially when the RS in reference is 1:200.
The worst is the one that is planning a NASTY reverse split USING a bs naked short claim to con traders yet again....thats lowlife.
The NSS BS is rampant in all these OTC scams. Traders know its all crap but yet they use it to try and lure in new traders to buy their worthless shares.
The lies spewed to rake in a buck!
The lowly otc aint it great!
smh
lol!!! Then it must be so!
We can always trust those pink sheet scammers to tell the truth...NOT!
Hahaha!
I read that NSS was rampant on a failing penny stock and the proof offered was a post by management on the company website saying so. In fact, the post was apparently on the company website for 10 weeks! Now how’s that for proof!
OF COURSE ITS ALL A LOAD OF PURE NONSENSE.
All of the OTC P&Ds are scams, attempting to play on traders non-understanding of the short issue in an attempt to make them believe that something is happening that is in fact not.
Its a pathetic otc practice COMMONLY used in the worst of the worst piles of garbage scams.
Anyone that peddles in that crap is 9 times out of 10 fully aware of what they are doing.
Truly despicable low lifes.
It’s always a good laugh to read about abusive shorting on these sub-zero penny stock scams - complete with a convicted insider ponzi schemer working the scam. I’ve heard the claim of massive shorting on every P&D OTC penny stock but I’ve NEVER seen any documented & verifiable proof whatsoever. Massive short VOLUME is always the excuse, but the problem is so often traders don’t know or understand the difference between short volume & short interest.
The dead give away is when abusive shorty is blamed on everything that’s wrong in the world, but NEVER EVER any proof provided. I read this week it claimed that management knows if there are naked shorts because they have a shareholder list. Yet shorts don't own any stock, their names don’t appear on any shareholder list.
But hey, anything for an OTC P&D.
Don’t you love it? A real hero — thanks for sharing!
Yep, Nice of that young man to notice what was about to go down and took action without hesitation.
Great story, DJ! It’s great to know there are good people who will put themself in harms way to save a person. Kudo’s to Cody!
Restaurant honors 'Good Samaritan' who helped stop abduction
A North Carolina man who a couple says saved their 8-year-old daughter from being kidnapped has been honored with free food for a year at the restaurant where he helped prevent the abduction
GREENSBORO, N.C. -- A North Carolina college student who a couple says saved their 8-year-old daughter from being kidnapped was honored Tuesday with free food for a year at the restaurant where he helped prevent the abduction.
North Carolina A&T graduate student Cody Byrd, 24, received a “Good Citizen Award” at a ceremony presented by the Biscuitville restaurant chain. Byrd will eat free for a year, and he shared his first free meal with his mother on Tuesday, news outlets reported.
Byrd was dining at the Greensboro location in December when he noticed a man watching the child, he told news outlets and police. Byrd said he was “not feeling right,” after he saw the man “just staring at the girl," according to an interview with WGHP-TV.
He noticed the suspect follow her toward the restroom and try to grab her as she walked out, Byrd has said. He confronted the man and he let the girl go and tried to escape. Byrd managed to take photos of him, his car and his license plate.
Byrd's images helped police police track down and arrest Timothy Jon Fry, 55, about an hour later, Greensboro police spokesman Ron Glenn told news outlets this month. Fry is charged with kidnapping and taking indecent liberties with a child and remains in the Guilford County jail on a $300,000 secured bail, police said. It's unclear whether he has an attorney who can comment on his behalf.
Rick and Heather Owen, the parents of the girl, were present at the ceremony Tuesday and praised Byrd's actions.
“He just automatically knew what to do,” Rick Owen told news outlets. “He's a true hero."
Byrd added that everybody should feel responsible for looking out for children.
"Make sure they're protected because it's not just the parents' job to protect them it's everyone's," he said following the ceremony.
TY VF.
Happy Holidays to you as well!
Agreed, DJ.
Happy Holidays!
Pretty darn sad...there are lots of video cameras around intersections and such nowadays.
The driver will hopefully get theirs.
Hopefully both victims survive and recover.
I can’t imagine hitting one person with a car, much less 2 - And failing to Stop and render aid.
WTH?

DETROIT – Detroit police are investigating a hit-and-run that injured two people Sunday on Gratiot Avenue near Lappin Street.
According to officials, a man saw a woman about to get hit and jumped into traffic to try to save her. Unfortunately, he was also hit.
The good Samaritan is now in the hospital in critical condition with multiple bone fractures. The woman, who was also hit by an oncoming vehicle, is expected to be OK.
Police are searching for the driver, anyone with any information relating to the incident is encouraged to contact the Detroit Police Department.
Exactly! Airplane Smell is already slightly nauseating from coffee, food, exhaust gases, and the fabric & leather seats that are fairly dirty. I’m not in favor of adding horses to the mix. I have a gf who travels with her dog, but he’s eensy, fits in her purse, and doesn’t smell. You’d never know he was there.
But a horse?
Yes, i think this ‘emotional support” stuff has gotten out of hand.
Don't know much about "tiny equines" but anytime I've been around horses there's been a lot of poop. And horses can really stink otherwise.
The U.S. Department of Transportation has announced that miniature horses are officially allowed to fly as service animals in all cabins of commercial planes, as part of a new set of guidelines strengthening protections for emotional support and psychiatric service cats, dogs and the tiny equines.
Is it just me, or is this taking it a bit too far?
What was Dr. Meza thinking?
"His 2:53:10 time across 26.2 miles -- averaging about 6:37 minutes per mile -- was extraordinary at his age.
The total time would have been more than a minute faster than the official world record for his 70-74 age group. As for his cohorts in Los Angeles that day, his nearest 70-74 competitor was more than an hour behind."
Yes, I remember reading about Meza, that he was a doctor who was ostracized by the running community.
Did they rule his death a suicide?
That’s a really sad story, I wonder what would cause someone to cheat like that.
"Marathon cheater now ruled...dead last"
You probably remember this marathon cheater from last month, a retired MD.
https://www.christopherfountain.com/blog/2019/7/5/marathon-runner-finishes-dead-last
All of that has given rise to a new occupation... race auditor. For example, some elite races such as the Boston Marathon require a qualification time to enter. Supposedly some qualifiers are listing their status for sale in Craig's list. Or you could have a faster friend run a qualification race under your name. One recent case involved twin sisters!
Those caught are banned from races forever, and in Rosie's case, have their lives ruined.
My gosh, she never quit scamming, that’s pitiful.
She should’ve been an OTC CEO - perfect fit.
Edit: I just read this, looks like she had a turn working at a trading firm as well.
Ruiz was working as a secretary at a commodities trading firm in Manhattan when she stunned the running world by being the first woman to cross the finish line in Boston in 2 hours, 31 minutes and 56 seconds. It would have been the third-fastest time ever recorded by a woman in a marathon.
But suspicions about her victory arose immediately. Spotters had not seen her at checkpoints along the 26-mile course, and after the race she told a television interviewer that she had run only one other marathon, the 1979 New York City Marathon, and that she had finished that race in 2:56:33.
Famous Marathon Cheater Rosie Ruiz Died Today:
"Rosie Ruiz Vivas (1953 – 8 July 2019) was a runner who was declared the winner in the female category for the 84th Boston Marathon in 1980, only to have her title stripped eight days after the race when it was discovered that she had not run the entire course. She is believed to have jumped onto the course about a half-mile before the finish."
"Ruiz's application for the NYC marathon arrived after the cut-off date for the race, but she received special dispensation from the New York Road Runners due to her claim that she was dying of brain cancer.[4]
"In 1982, Ruiz was arrested for embezzling $60,000 from a real estate company where she worked. She spent one week in jail and was sentenced to five years' probation.[13][14] She then moved back to South Florida, where she was arrested in 1983 for her involvement in a cocaine deal. She was sentenced to three years' probation.[14][15

Few foreign stocks and absolutely nothing Chinese.

"New bipartisan bills threaten Chinese IPOs and Chinese companies listed in the U.S."
"American stock exchanges have emerged as the latest battleground in the ongoing political fight between the U.S. and China. While bilateral discussions on trade have made little headway in recent weeks, Republican and Democratic lawmakers on Capitol Hill have aggressively moved forward with legislation that increases oversight for more than $1 trillion worth of U.S.-listed Chinese companies, putting stocks like Alibaba (BABA) in the spotlight and future listings on these exchanges in question.
“We welcome investment from companies from China so long as they are complying with other laws,” Senator Chris Van Hollen (D-MD) said, speaking to Yahoo Finance. “But they should play by the same laws as everyone else. Those rules are designed to protect American investors and to protect confidence.”
Two bipartisan bills have been introduced over the last few months, aimed at going after Chinese companies that don’t comply with auditing rules in the U.S."
" 156 Chinese companies currently trade on the major exchanges, with a combined market cap of $1.2 trillion, according to the U.S.-China Economic and Security Review Commission.
But those same companies have managed to skirt financial auditing by the PCAOB,"

You’d think, right?
Thanks, hope all is well!
