"Marathon cheater now ruled...dead last"

You probably remember this marathon cheater from last month, a retired MD.

All of that has given rise to a new occupation... race auditor. For example, some elite races such as the Boston Marathon require a qualification time to enter. Supposedly some qualifiers are listing their status for sale in Craig's list. Or you could have a faster friend run a qualification race under your name. One recent case involved twin sisters!

Those caught are banned from races forever, and in Rosie's case, have their lives ruined.
