It’s always a good laugh to read about abusive shorting on these sub-zero penny stock scams - complete with a convicted insider ponzi schemer working the scam. I’ve heard the claim of massive shorting on every P&D OTC penny stock but I’ve NEVER seen any documented & verifiable proof whatsoever. Massive short VOLUME is always the excuse, but the problem is so often traders don’t know or understand the difference between short volume & short interest.

The dead give away is when abusive shorty is blamed on everything that’s wrong in the world, but NEVER EVER any proof provided. I read this week it claimed that management knows if there are naked shorts because they have a shareholder list. Yet shorts don't own any stock, their names don’t appear on any shareholder list.

But hey, anything for an OTC P&D.
