Good Job Rocky05. Looks like things are still moving forward nicely.
Briefing at Microsoft Management Summit (MMS) 2005:
https://partner.microsoft.com/us/40017587
Good Find Sleddog218 - I like it that they actually put a firm date to things. The wait is finally over. This is great news!!!
NEW PR OUT TODAY!
http://tinyurl.com/3nv3h
Likely2Fly - I think you hit it on the nose.......todays investors want to see revenues. Product launch is scheduled for this quarter. I'm sure there will be a PR campaign when that happens as well as follow up PR's letting us know how it is working. I think then, and only then, will we see significant movement in share price. Key word there being significant! In my opinion the wait will be well worth it. Once this product gets to market and fulfills companies regulatory needs the share price is going to skyrocket. My opinion is that this could be a 10 bagger by next quarter.

I would recommend everyone to do their own DD and not buy any stock based soley upon my opinion.
Newbie: There really isn't a lot to say. The only reliable DD is in the company's PRs and filings and is available to anyone who wants to read them. IMO, as far as significantly moving the stock goes, it's up to the company now to produce revenue and, hopefully, show a profit. IF/WHEN that happens more investors will be attracted to it. You're right, we'll have to wait but the longs are used to that by now and are off doing other things until the company achieves it's goals and catches the general investing public's attention. But, welcome to the board and I hope there will be something to discuss....soon. *S*
L2F
Were are all the posters here? Nothing going on on this board either. I was hoping we would have this stock moving and have some new investors here to talk with and do some DD with. I guess we will have to sit and wait. Newbie
NEWBIE.
I think, Goldie is raising pigs for a living and I follow trucks in case something will fall off. "S"
Are you guys farmers?? From what State are you all from??
Hey, "Follow Trucks".
Did you ever think that by "following the
wrong truck" might be the reason that your
business is alittle slow? *S*
What kind of business are you in? I raise pigs
and some times I haul them around. They like
the ride.
Goldie
Narc.
My only comment to you, right now, is that the "follow trucks" business is really slow. LOL

CW.
You know where the screen name came from. Blame you know who.
FT - Yes, the entertainment value here isn't nearly as high as on RB but the quality will hopefully make up for it.
BTW, nice screen name.
CW.
I'll miss the entertainment part on RB but I'm sick and tired of the crybabies/bashers over there.
It will be nice, for a change, to discuss pure business and not listen to scambags.
Greetings to new posters.
Hello to all that are new to this board. Most notably, to Newbie and Rocky. Thank you for deciding to join this new forum. This is a fresh new board and a fresh new group of individuals that represent the Manakoa management team.
As you probably know, Dr. Robert Williams, Mark Walla and Tony Noblett each received the Microsoft MVP award. Manakoa Services Corporation now has the exclusive distinction of being the only company that can now boast as to having three recipients of the prestigious Microsoft MVP award on their management team.
We look forward to the events that will unfold in the weeks and months to come. We also look forward to your questions and comments that will appear in the form of posts. Again, thank you for stopping by and we look forward to your input in the future.

Hi everyone.
This is the truck follower.
I'm looking for drivers. Any volunteers?
Good Morning All. I hope we move forward and welcome some new members here soon. I see some of the Gang from RB are coming over here. I hope a certain few stay over there to!!! I feel this company has great potential in a field that is ripe for their help and products. I see we have a few more MM's working on our stock which can't hurt. I hope our product is coming along well and being at Microsoft's Envision Conference certainly can't hurt our chances for moving forward. Enough rambling on for now. Let's keep a good dialog and information on the company would be great to all of us to share. Newbie
Good posts Goldie. I think people are starting to take notice. The ONLY company in the entire WORLD with 3 MVP's. How can you not have a lot of confidence in the management of this company?

newbie - Welcome to the board. I have been trying to get folks to post over here to avoid all the junk on RB. Not having much luck yet.
Yes, MKOS is just now starting to make some waves. The company has a management group that just can't be beat, IMO. Only company in the WORLD that has more than one Microsoft MVP's. And they have 3 of them. Very impressive to me.
They should have a viable, sellable product to market in late Feb. according to PR's. They are definately in a niche market which has yet to be tapped.
Feel free to post thoughts and/or questions.

Hi Everyone. I see Manakoa has been making some new waves in their PR's that have come out. I have been interested in this stock for a year or so. I found this site from the RB board from someone's post. Hope this board will be a better information board and not like that one. Good Luck to all and hope more investors will come and join.
MICROSOFT NAMES THREE MANAKOA EXECS "MOST VALUED PROFESSIONALS" IN THE FIELD OF SECURITY
Microsoft Corporation has named three Manakoa Services Corporation (OTCBB: MKOS) executives Most Valued Professionals (MVP) in the field of security. Microsoft annually recognizes an exclusive group of individuals worldwide who contributed to distinct technological communities. In the United States fewer than 25 individuals have received MVP recognition in 2005 for their contribution in security. Manakoa is the only company worldwide with three Microsoft MVP award winners in the field of security. Microsoft has bestowed this coveted honor on Manakoa's Anthony Noblett , Mark Walla and CEO Robert Williams. This is Williams' second consecutive year as a Microsoft MVP.
A pioneer in Enterprise Risk Management, Manakoa is launching a series of Microsoft server platform based products in 2005. Late last year, the company announced its first relationship surrounding the pending release of management packs on MOM 2005 for regulatory compliance with Sarbanes Oxley, GLBA, HIPAA, FISMA and the USA Patriot Act.
Manakoa CEO Dr. Robert Williams remarked: "Microsoft continues to enhance its commitment to provide stronger security solutions and direct response for its users and the larger IT community. Manakoa is building risk management solutions on the ever-improving Windows Server 2003 platform, and we recognize the value of the information exchange provided by the MVP program. While we are humbled by this recognition, we are further emboldened by the knowledge that Microsoft is dedicated to identifying and utilizing the best talent to address the ever shifting challenges in security and risk management."
The Microsoft MVP program is a worldwide award and recognition program that strives to identify the top professionals in technical communities around the world. Microsoft MVPs are recognized for both their demonstrated practical expertise and willingness to share their experience with peers in Microsoft technical communities.
Gytis Barzdukas, Director of Product Management, Security Business & Technology Unit, Microsoft Corp , explained: "MVPs are invaluable to Microsoft and the IT community at large because of the knowledge they share and the help they provide customers. The three individuals recognized from Manakoa have made important contributions in helping customers manage their security risk and we are pleased to recognize them for their unique position in the field of security, especially as it relates to Microsoft Windows Server 2003."
Manakoa's Chairman of the Board, Admiral Stuart Platt (USN Retired), said "The MVP recognition awarded to our three team members underscores Manakoa's strong technology expertise level. It provides Manakoa with additional acknowledgement of our risk management products, and their inherent ability to help ensure greater security for users."
The Manakoa - Microsoft MVP winners:
Dr. Robert Williams, Manakoa Chief Executive Officer: Dr. Williams has over 20 years of senior-level IT management experience with companies ranging from start-ups to large technology firms and consultancies. He was also instrumental in the recent anthrax terrorist attack crisis management and is active in continuing anti-terrorism efforts. Prior positions include President of professional services organization PDS Advanced Technologies, President and founder of pioneering UNIX applications developer Decathlon Data Systems, a senior executive at UNISYS/System Development Corporation, and Dean of Research at the University of California, Los Angeles and California State Polytechnic University. A recognized technology expert, he was also the featured speaker in the international road shows sponsored by Microsoft, Hewlett Packard, Compaq and Tech Data on UNIX and Windows NT interoperability. He is the co-author of the best selling The Ultimate Windows Server 2003 Administrator's Guide (Addison Wesley 2002), and other best selling books.
Mark Walla, Manakoa Vice President of Development and Architect: has co-authored several best selling books including The Ultimate Windows 2003 System Administrator's Guide with a forward written by Microsoft Senior Vice President for the Windows Division, Brian Valentine. In addition to his duties associated with developments on the Windows Server 2003 based risk management software, Walla has actively participated with numerous Microsoft program groups, community forums and conferences. Walla commented: "I am excited with receiving the MVP award, and for the chance to refine and enhance security processes through this distinguished community of security professionals. Sharing security practice and philosophy, especially as it is applied to Windows Server, will enable us to build better risk management products for our vertical markets."
Anthony Noblett, Manakoa Vice President of Project Management: is launching the Manakoa KnowledgeBase(TM), a subscription portal that embodies the spirit of information sharing in the areas of security and risk management, as it specifically addresses regulatory compliance. The author of numerous articles and white papers, Noblett's dedication to the advancement of security knowledge is well known. Noblett explained: "We recognize the importance of separating fact from fiction regarding security and seek to help make very complex issues manageable from the Board level down to the person working on the factory floor. The MVP program gives us an expanded opportunity to assist both IT professionals and others understand the advances in security that are being made and how to utilize the Windows platform with confidence."

Manakoa’s Mark Walla and Tony Noblett have been awarded the title of Most Value Professional (MVP) in Security by Microsoft while Mr. Robert Williams (CEO) has received this designation for the second year. Worldwide there are about thirty individuals who receive the MVP (security) designation.
However, what is most outstanding about Manakoa is the fact it is the only company, worldwide, to have more than one person so designated.
Not only does the MVP designation enhance Manakoa’s credibility within Microsoft but most of all, for us shareholders, it confirms that we have chosen a winner. Given the required resources it will move from a junior to a key player in the security field. I wish to congratulate the nominees as well as the team members that supported them in this accomplishment.
The future's so bright I gotta wear shades.
Thanks Sled. Good DD on the info. Nice to be here as well. Looking forward to Q1 2005 for MKOS. Hello to all investors.

Excellent!!! It is good to see that MKOS is getting it's legs underneath them. Looks like everything is coming together, right on schedule. You have to give credit to the company, to date, everything they said they were gonna do, they have done. That is impressive to me in this day and age. Hard to find people that not only tell you what they are gonna do but also do what they say!
Looks like a product, a plan, and there is a need for it. There are not many combinations like this that don't go huge!!!!!!

Usually Pink Sheet stocks are extremely high risk speculations, however we are happy to be long on this stock. Normally we do not trade stocks on the Pink Sheets but have made an exception for Manakoa Services Corporation which we believe could be a once in a lifetime opportunity.
It is in an essential and expanding business and we do not believe it will be a PS stock for long. It is a quality company that should move relatively quickly from PS to OTCBB and then to an exchange such as the Nasdaq or American exchange.
Note: Manakoa Services Corporation was approved effective 21 December 2004 for OTCBB listing. That is the first step mentioned above. Congratulations to the Company. We know a lot of work went into taking that giant step. We look forward to the next step mentioned. It will not be easy either but we are convinced that the Company will proceed with the same determination and vigor to also succeed here.
Manakoa will be launching a suite of innovative software products that they believe will transform the way companies manage their regulatory compliance responsibilities and risk assessments. Those who research this subject will understand the scope and extent of this field and the great opportunity that Manakoa has to become a very large company generating great profits for their shareholders.
All indicators up for IT Compliance Spending in 2005...
Forrester sees IT spending growth ahead
By Matt Hines, CNET News.com, Tuesday December 21, 2005
Spending in IT is likely to be driven by the public sector in 2005, according to the analyst firm
A report released on Monday by Forrester Research says business leaders are expecting to increase their IT spending by 7 percent in 2005.
Forrester indicated, however, that companies may well increase their IT spending to an even larger extent, as the research company believes that respondents to its surveys tend to underestimate how much money they intend to spend. The predictions are based on a survey of 1,300 North American IT executives.
Of those surveyed, 54 percent in general harbored a positive outlook for the performance of their businesses over the coming 12 months. A year ago, only 44 percent did, the study said. That finding jibes with earlier research by Forrester, which identified an increase in the overall confidence of chief information officers during each quarter of 2004.
Among the organisations expecting the biggest increases in IT spending are those in the public sector, including companies working in the government, health care and education markets. They expect to increase their budgets by 7 percent, Forrester said. Companies in those markets decreased their spending during 2004.
Other companies expecting to enlarge their budgets are those in the professional services, financial services and insurance sectors; they're expected to increase their IT spending by 5.1 percent.
Forrester said that spending on software applications will be one of the hotter areas for growth next year. Some 59 percent of the individuals surveyed detailed plans to buy new applications or upgrade packaged software they already own. A year ago, business leaders listed security as the leading area for spending.
Another market primed for increased spending is the regulatory compliance arena. Forrester said that 38 percent of the people it interviewed consider support for regulations such as the Sarbanes-Oxley Act a critical priority, while 65 percent identified such support as a priority.
Budgeting for analytics, or business intelligence, software is expected to increase by 9 percent, with the demand for regulatory compliance technology aiding that gain. Another related market, financial applications, is expected to grow by 4 percent.
The report also says that the content management sector will grow by 15 percent compared with last year.
