MICROSOFT NAMES THREE MANAKOA EXECS "MOST VALUED PROFESSIONALS" IN THE FIELD OF SECURITY

Microsoft Corporation has named three Manakoa Services Corporation (OTCBB: MKOS) executives Most Valued Professionals (MVP) in the field of security. Microsoft annually recognizes an exclusive group of individuals worldwide who contributed to distinct technological communities. In the United States fewer than 25 individuals have received MVP recognition in 2005 for their contribution in security. Manakoa is the only company worldwide with three Microsoft MVP award winners in the field of security. Microsoft has bestowed this coveted honor on Manakoa's Anthony Noblett , Mark Walla and CEO Robert Williams. This is Williams' second consecutive year as a Microsoft MVP.

A pioneer in Enterprise Risk Management, Manakoa is launching a series of Microsoft server platform based products in 2005. Manakoa CEO Dr. Robert Williams remarked: "Microsoft continues to enhance its commitment to provide stronger security solutions and direct response for its users and the larger IT community. Manakoa is building risk management solutions on the ever-improving Windows Server 2003 platform, and we recognize the value of the information exchange provided by the MVP program. While we are humbled by this recognition, we are further emboldened by the knowledge that Microsoft is dedicated to identifying and utilizing the best talent to address the ever shifting challenges in security and risk management."

The Microsoft MVP program is a worldwide award and recognition program that strives to identify the top professionals in technical communities around the world. Microsoft MVPs are recognized for both their demonstrated practical expertise and willingness to share their experience with peers in Microsoft technical communities.

Gytis Barzdukas, Director of Product Management, Security Business & Technology Unit, Microsoft Corp , explained: "MVPs are invaluable to Microsoft and the IT community at large because of the knowledge they share and the help they provide customers. The three individuals recognized from Manakoa have made important contributions in helping customers manage their security risk and we are pleased to recognize them for their unique position in the field of security, especially as it relates to Microsoft Windows Server 2003."

Manakoa's Chairman of the Board, Admiral Stuart Platt (USN Retired), said "The MVP recognition awarded to our three team members underscores Manakoa's strong technology expertise level. It provides Manakoa with additional acknowledgement of our risk management products, and their inherent ability to help ensure greater security for users."
