From the Q report, as far as i saw there was zero cash on the balance sheet and the companys issued stock as payment at .012 cents a share.My guess that were it should be trading......strong sell very over valued...imo...rareF

I'm more of a lurker but read some of the comments and decided to post:

I received several of the blatant spam emails last week like some others on here..The one I got was just Terrible! It had the stock symbol as TL_PC and said "buy now to turn $10,000 into $30,000" there was no disclaimer at the bottom of the email or an option to opt out either.

Like it or not, the email stock "newsletters" play a HUGE part in the OTC markets in general and I don't really mind receiving them as long as they are properly done with disclaimers and opt out options.

What I thought was so great is that these guys did better($45K+ in volume at about .30) with the spam than they did paying SR&R who knows what...Most of these big guys want 25k to 35k on a one day promo so I would bet its was about that. Sometime those guys do well and then you have days like today... OUCH! for whoever wrote the check..

Just like I thought, spam gets you down 50% in less than a week. Pump and dump, and they use press releases with no value. Every pinksheet scam puts out press releases that they are entering a 1 trillion market.

Hammer i just spoke with detective swirko looks like Andy didnt show up to his court date, there's a warrant out for his arrest, and there's a trial schedualed for october for his charges of theft by deception. Once he's arrested on the warrant there will added charges due to the case thats being built against him. Guys like Andy are the reason this market place has a bad rep.

Hammer i have been on other stocks where this guy ANDY has done scams like this many times. Recently someone posted information to contact a detective. Andy was arrested in NH and there is a case pending against him.
