Hammer i just spoke with detective swirko looks like Andy didnt show up to his court date, there's a warrant out for his arrest, and there's a trial schedualed for october for his charges of theft by deception. Once he's arrested on the warrant there will added charges due to the case thats being built against him. Guys like Andy are the reason this market place has a bad rep.
