First let me say have a happy Fourth Independence Day with your families. Please think if all those who served to give us independence over the many years.
This newsletter is about one of our favorite companies and my favorite CEO Charles Shirley.

I will also list some of what I feel are the best details of this growing diversified company.
First being a multi diversified business plan across a couple of sectors. This helps to retain level revenues year round and past most dips in the economy.
Second is the four model companies they are working on.
Restaurant division which has shown a profit and is seeing a theme makeover right now. I hope we gave more info on next Ccall.
Third is entering two countries in the recreational and medical canabis sector. I feel with them entering Canada to grow as well as Nv Co and Ca with Dr Cullrn and Tasty Greenz. I do know the US side is awaiting the projects in Canada but that will still be there.
The set a side avenue to the license is putting us ahead of others applying in Canada now. About 800 up the list and with are connections this should be well into growing by year end.
Being I drive for a living, I am find of the new road building and pavement technology if Shamrock. I look for this to become the second highest profit division of Solanbridge right behind the growing.
Last I know Charles Shirley is not going to be sitting still long on just these projects. I look for him too add many more companies after the contracts with Shamrock and the license in Canada. Look at it this way once we have grow facilities the new contracts will come a flying in. We will be one if the largest growers in Canada.

SOUTHLAKE, Texas, May 28, 2014 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- Swordfish Financial, Inc., a Minnesota Corporation (OTC PC: SWRF) announces it has signed an agreement to acquire 100% of Dash Media, Inc., a Virginia corporation with the express purpose to position Dash Media Inc. as a merged asset combined with Swordfish's asset iPoint Television, LLC. Dash Media property will consist of programming content, Television Studio, Master control and station operations for third party TV stations and Networks.
The founder of Dash media is Mr. John Dash who has over 20 years experience in the TV and Radio Broadcast business. Mr. Dash owns several FCC licenses to broadcast and many of Dash Media productions can be seen on several cable and broadcast outlets. Wow what a month now Mr Shirley has produced since we found this in early April. Yes this has only been moving up since April and has hit more then 1800% and is currently up more then 1000% since we saw it move from .0005 to .0008.

Of course now with any great stock move there are many treacherous and bluntly false posters on the IHUB so I wanted too clear up many issues with a time line below.

This new Management and Especially Mr Shirley are a well season company, and I am personally impressed how much time and research he has put ahead of this move to MMJ sector. Yes this plan did not start on the first filing and he did not wake up read the news this month and say I want to sell weed. Yes many companies did but He has been planning this for years now.




This whole new move started innocently for me just watching the fast mover by the minute and helping a friend identify good day trade. Needless to say we bought many millions that morning and we broke the resistance at .0015 and pushed it to above the .002 with constant buying.




I now want to take a few lines to identify exactly how much Charles has achieved in a little more then a month since Mid March. I have set up a time-line of what and how the company has been doing to position themselves for this huge new market with billions of dollars of potential this year.




Below are the order that important events have happened and the filings and news release links to verify the facts I post. Yes these are facts and not false propaganda like on IHUB today







1 Apr 10, 2014 the company filed there annual report with the companies plans as well as there last years achievement's. This alone was a huge move as the company moved to revenue producing with Dave's Steak House. ( gosh I love that Name Dave LOL) Heck not only did they produce revenue they increased it and showed a profit in the restaurant which is a huge achievement. Being I ran the highest and best grand opening ever for Ryan's Family Steakhouse in there History in PA I know this is not an easy task.




Hidden in the roughly pages it takes to produce and SEC and OTC 10k annual report was just a little gem. Yes this gem was found by great researchers who read these reports and it said they were adding the business of Medical Cannabis this year. Thank goodness he shared this fast on IHUB.




First public huge move

then came this headline and the announcement of the info in the filing on the Medical weed growing in Canada. Wow not only weed but Charles was going to increase shareholder equity by retiring shares. Yes this increase are share of the companies holding by making less shares we shares with.

Then came the update on the progress in Canada as well as the blurp about what states are looking for law changes this year with SLNX have a strong presence in both MD and FL who are on the list. He also verified publicly they had filed to return the shares and that they came from David Greens shares. Again Charles is crossing his Ts and dotting his Is with the OTC and the SEC with real filings.

In light of many MMJ companies not doing this, it is reassuring that Mr Shirley spent time with the dept. of Justice and knows how too stay legal with the SEC

Then came the huge news here in the US, which he had alluded to in an earlier news release. We had hired a doctor and scientist in the MMJ field and he also has been a officer in public companies that did very well. Dr Cullen's brings many assets to the table including new products in development in his clinic. Wow not only will we grow weed in Canada, We will develop and products here in the US in two huge markets of CA and NV. I see millions of profit from this alone selling the products to others.

Charles then backed this news up with a signed contract with DR Cullen's filed with the OTC market's.

Below is a new stock I am adding to our shorten list now this week.
I have spoken to the director of the company Mr Shirley and he was very forthright in that he could not share any non public Information.
He did let me know the History of the new laws in Canada and how it affected Nova Scotia. Previous to the national law change you could only grow your own with a license and a medical certificate.

Mr Hickey and been growing the Hemp for his own use and had applied for the new license as the law changed.
He now is set up for growing under the new laws and that is why we are seeing the shortage and Solanbridge setting up the deal with Mr Hickey.
There plans are to set up a grow facility and they are currently in negotiations for funding with several individuals.

Mr Shirley also let me know they have customers for the product here in Colorado as well as in Canada. They are securing the financing away from the market as many are interested now in MMJ sector.

He also has another company here soon in Colorado as well that will be going public.

What we are now waiting on is financing and the MOU to be finalize this month from the 8k.
He then promised he would share that information in a press release and more filings.

On March 29, 2014, the Company negotiated a non-binding Memorandum of Understanding(MOU) with a Nova Scotia resident, who currently holds a license to grow medicinal marijuana in the Province of Nova Scotia. The MOU mandates a 30 day due diligence period to explore the parameters of a transaction between the Company and the Nova Scotia individual—with the goal of developing a business relationship and acquiring a commercial cannabis grower’s license in Nova Scotia, under Canada’s Marijuana for Medical Purposes Regulations.

On March 29, 2014, the Company passed a Board of Directors resolution cancelling all preferred shares issued by Solanbridge Group. The Board’s action was fully supported by shareholder consent (81% approval). Any and all preferred stock share certificates issued by the Company before March 29, 2014 are null and void and those shares have been returned to Solanbridge Group’s Treasury. The Board, with Shareholder consent, took this action to fully terminate the Company’s business relationship in South Carolina and to prepare for other business opportunities.

Premier Mortgage Resources announces the launch of an exciting new business model

GRANDVILLE, Mich., March 24, 2014/PRNewswire/ -- Premier Mortgage Resources, Inc. (OTCPink : PMRS) today announced that it has acquired an exciting new business, and will shortly be filing to change the company's name to Alternaturals, Inc. The company will be releasing a product line consisting of products containing hemp, medical marijuana, and many natural substances as alternatives to prescription drugs.
The product line has been many years in the making, and uses proprietary blends of natural substances to accomplish the same effect as many prescription medications without the dangerous side effects. Several products harness the many positive properties of Cannabis or Hemp, more widely known as marijuana. While some of these products contain THC, the active ingredient in marijuana that causes intoxication, several do not. Those that do not contain THC are perfectly legal to sell in states that currently outlaw marijuana use, which will allow the company to set up distribution there, becoming the first to market in those states as they do legalize marijuana. The other products are safe, natural remedies for many ailments such as sleep disorders, pain, low testosterone levels, and more.
The company has laid out plans to release these products both online, and through brick and mortar retail distribution and marijuana dispensaries. Many distribution channels have already been identified and the company is prepared to begin shipping product in just a few months.
Recently appointed President and CEO,Emmanuel Gyamfi, will lead the company moving forward. Mr. Gyamfi makes a vow to the shareholders to be as transparent as possible, and also to avoid a reverse split at all costs. While he feels it would benefit the company to have less shares outstanding, reducing that number will be achieved using several strategies including buying back shares in the open market once the company has a little more cash flow. The decision was made early on to strengthen the company's share structure organically because of the negative impact a reverse split often has on a company's market.

Below is a new stock I am adding to our shorten list now this week.
I have spoken to the director of the company Mr Shirley and he was very forthright in that he could not share any non public Information.
He did let me know the History of the new laws in Canada and how it affected Nova Scotia. Previous to the national law change you could only grow your own with a license and a medical certificate.

Mr Hickey and been growing the Hemp for his own use and had applied for the new license as the law changed.
He now is set up for growing under the new laws and that is why we are seeing the shortage and Solanbridge setting up the deal with Mr Hickey.
There plans are to set up a grow facility and they are currently in negotiations for funding with several individuals.

Mr Shirley also let me know they have customers for the product here in Colorado as well as in Canada. They are securing the financing away from the market as many are interested now in MMJ sector.

He also has another company here soon in Colorado as well that will be going public.
