Raymond F. Purdon, Chairman of the Board
Mr. Purdon has an extensive background in the finance and securities industry, including: trading, investment banking, retail and institutional sales, and has held executive positions with several prominent financial institutions. He is also the Founder and Principal of Grandview Capital Partners, a Wall Street firm specializing in assisting small to mid-size growth companies. Ray oversees Pricester’s Merger & Acquisition Committee
Edward C. Dillon, Co-Chairman
Mr. Dillon brings an impressive track record in the industrial construction industry to the table, with noteworthy accomplishments as President of Bayshore Steel and as a Contract Manager with Jacobs Engineering, a Fortune 500 company. Ed is also responsible for Shareholder Relations and Investments.
M. Thomas Makmann, President & Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Makmann is a 30+ year Computer, Storage and Internet veteran with extensive start-up and early stage company experience and has held numerous senior management positions in public and private companies. He served as President & COO of nStor Technologies, Inc., VP & GM of Archive Corporation, VP-Mobile Storage Products for Maxtor Corporation, VP & GM of the Sytron Division of Rexon and as President and CEO of several start-ups. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan Technological University.
Charles W. Zullo, Director of Engineering & Design
Mr. Zullo brings over thirty-five years of impressive experience within the electronics industry, including senior capacities as a Design Engineer and Hardware Engineer with companies such as Digital Equipment Corporation, Adaptec and LSI Logic, as well as significant Project and Electronic Technician positions with NCR Microelectronics, The U.S. Navy and other organizations. Charlie oversees technical product development and is the primary technical interface with manufacturing partners and product testing facilities
Howard M. Neu, Esq., Director
Mr. Neu is a graduate of the University of Miami Law School and specializes in Internet Litigation. He was elected to three terms as Mayor of North Miami and has served as Municipal Judge, Councilman, President of the North Dade Bar Association and other significant positions. Howard is also a CPA and has taught post-graduate courses in business law and accounting.
