Short, don't know if anyone has called TA but this is what I have based of Market Advisors PR ( FWIW ):
OS 729 mil
Float 115,000
Float explains the odd trading behaviour...
AS is unlimited ( not uncommon )

I expected that... no cash value for a year... can't leverage what you won't have for a year...
here's what Ameritrade said.
In order to be flagged as a Pattern Day Trader, you must have a margin account with at least $25,000 equity. Your restricted pinksheet positions not will count towards that $25,000 equity.
I just got a call from Scoturd and they said it is because of the # used to calculate the divy... He said it may have been a 1:6 divy, but the # they used to calculate will throw off the result by a share or 2 or 3... He said DTC had to make up the missing shares and I shouldn't hold my breath for that...
Masta..
What is the Float and AS..
The best I can come up with w/o calling TA is:
AS 1 B
float 457 M
How can a price movement like this happen... ranging from
.25 <-> 1.49
If I'm not mistaken, it smells like some kind of manipulation going on...

Yeah I'm an overnight multi millionaire too.
Very hard to believe that we'd get multi-millions for a couple of thousand dollars.
Unless Sandy's the greatest philathropist who walked the planet
something doesn't add up,
Get_Err_Done, why u think so?
I had asked my broker about it, they said, in the form of a tender offer, I am not an attorney, and have not looked into it, which my or may not be possible in actuality, really do not know for sure, but hey, who knows.
Dividend showing, but 2 shares short of 600,000!!
I called to have them bug DTC for my 2 shares! There's been enough games played on us -- time to return the favor!
50plus
Interesting...what do you do you base that on? TIA
For those who received retricted shares of SNYY, I would not be a bit suprosed at some point in the near future before the year is up, that a tender offer for our shares comes in. JMHO.
I guess most people got into this from FCDH.
I know we don't have a huge interest in KCHG but the pps is way up today hope it gets back to where it was.....
Just my opinion... make your own conclusions..
I agree and from a Gramps too....

News Release
Yukon Zinc Corporation Project Financing Update
Vancouver, BC, January 24, 2006 – Yukon Zinc Corporation (YZC.TSX-V) reported on December 19, 2005, that it had engaged Macquarie Bank Ltd. (Macquarie) to act as exclusive lead arranger of a project loan and related hedging facilities for Yukon Zinc’s 100%-owned Wolverine high grade zinc-silver development project, located in southeast Yukon. Due diligence evaluation of the project is progressing as resource and feasibility information becomes available. A draft of the feasibility being completed by Hatch Associates is expected in February 2006.
The Company is now evaluating various sources of equity financing including the exercise of warrants and options. It currently has $7.3 million of options and warrants whose exercise price is below the closing price of $0.425 per share on January 23, 2006. Over the coming weeks the Company intends to meet with various holders of these warrants to encourage their early exercise, thereby reducing the amount of equity capital remaining to be financed.
The Company is also evaluating the opportunity of a forward sale of a portion of its future silver and/or gold production from the Wolverine Project. Funds from the sale of precious metals, together with proceeds of exercise of warrants and current working capital of approximately $7 million, could provide all of the necessary equity capital required for project financing, and negate the need for an additional offering of common shares. The Company has set an objective of having secured all necessary equity and project debt financing by mid year.
About Yukon Zinc
Yukon Zinc is advancing the unusually silver-rich Wolverine zinc-copper-lead-silver-gold deposit to feasibility that is scheduled for draft completion in February 2006. The feasibility study is the basis of permitting, engineering and financing plans that are expected to advance the Wolverine deposit to a production decision in mid-2006 and production in late 2007.

THE TSX VENTURE EXCHANGE HAS NOT REVIEWED AND DOES NOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE ADEQUACY OF THIS NEWS RELEASE.
Do some DD on who owns the unrestricted shares.... SSNY has a lengthy past... all the way back to when it was a spin of BKMP predecessor...
Share price is all over the board, It is now back up to 1.00
Any ideas why the price dropped like a rock
when most people who hold this has them as restricted shares?
SNYY all over the place today - .25 - 1.00
My Scttrd acc. says about the same, but when I check my "Account History" it shows the CUSIP number for the shares and that number begins with that little symbol that I just listed. ( " on top of an o )
MABOM
OT Thanks Masta
I do think BKMP is one of the pinks to hold. The CEO is on the ball and cares about his shareholders unlike what we see with Hawkins at JPHC.
Also the sector reminds me of Sirius Satelite radio and we know what that did.
BKMP is in the right business. The Wagering Network was a good move it reminds me of Casinos, Bookies, and the IRS. They all make money.
***************************************************************
OT same
You and I both know its worth much more than its current levels...will that ever be reflected in PPS? At some point I think it will. I used to think that it would be there by now. We will just have to wait and see. I usually don't hold pinks more than a few days for this very reason...they don't tread water very well at all...
BTW I have been buying down against my better judgement...;)
GLTY,
masta
That's Who I Use
I use ST and they told me to call Holladay and find out what happened.
Ameritrade now shows dividends. They show the number of shares but do not show the stock symbol.Instead it shows n/a
The cusip number begins with an odd little symbol, it's as if you have to place an ( " ) on top of an ( o ), sorry but I can't find that symbol on my keyboard. I hope Scotty will just list the shares as SNYY*. For now, can anyone tell what that little symbol is called?
MABOM
Broker told me it was a rounding error and reorg dept would take care of it.. that was scoturd
Just spoke to Holladay
Got all my divys except for one...weird so I called Holladay.
(This happened to someone else as well.)
Spoke to Holladay and the guy said that there is another block of shares that have to be distributed and when that happens I will probably get the missing share.
This all sounds so goofy!
SNYY My shares showed up in Fidelity but did not have a cost basis, upon further review with Fidelity these shares are listed not as a dividend per the companies press release but as a split and would be held for 2 years. Anyone have any updates from the company on this misleading direction regarding classification of shares?

All he said was; "as soon as the shares are reconciled between the DTC and the Transfer Agent they will be deposited to your account." He called over there while I was on the phone. I told him a lot of people were reporting receiving their shares from other brokerages. He said some brokerages go ahead and post the shares on the pay date whether they have received them or not. He said Ameritrade does not do that. Call 888-871-9007 for more info.
OT mastaflash question
We both have BKMP and JPHC, what is your take on JPHC at this time
dawg. "Reconcile the number of shares"???
Did the rep give any explanation of what that means? Sounds pretty fishy to me.
Morning Vulcan! I just got off the phone with my APEX rep at Ameritrade. He told me a lot of brokerages issue the stocks based solely on the pay date. Ameritrade is one of those houses that don't. The rep told me that the DTC and the transfer agent are trying to reconcile the number of shares. Once that happens they will be deposited into our accounts. I can't wait for this to happen because I want to see that million plus balance show up. GLTY
Got mine. In Etrade with a value Wow. I am a millionaire on paper. Whoooopppeeeeee!!!!!lol
ameritrade still nothing
I just got off the phone with a guy at my broker, optionsXpress, and he said it will be posted today into my account -- but under the symbol "SEIP" since it is a restricted stock. Anyone else see it under a different symbol?
50plus
I use TD and they have been posted....

http://www.kgs.ku.edu/PRS/publication/2005/2005-52/2005-52OilOperators.pdf
It is from a University of Kansas Geological Survey website. I couldn't figure out if it was just for the state of Kansas, or if it is even the same Suncrest. Here is the site the report comes from, but I couldn't find this report on the site.(might not have been updated yet) The report spans July04-June05, and was prepared 01/03/2006. Again, I dont know for sure if it is our Suncrest, any help would be appreciated, I am tired and need some sleep.

CHina Companies Expanding in South East Asia
Indonesia's President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono will sign a memorandum of understanding with the company, also known as Sinopec, when he visits China this week, Yusgiantoro told reporters yesterday in Jakarta.
JAKARTA, Indonesia (PRWEB) July 29, 2005 -- China Petroleum & Chemical Corp. (Sinopec), Asia's largest oil processor, plans to invest in Indonesia's proposed 10th oil refinery, Indonesia's Energy Minister Purnomo Yusgiantoro said.
Indonesia's President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono will sign a memorandum of understanding with the company, also known as Sinopec, when he visits China this week, Yusgiantoro told reporters yesterday in Jakarta.
The refinery in Tuban in east Java will have the capacity to process as much as 200,000 barrels of oil a day, Widya Purnama, president director of state oil company PT Pertamina, said today in Jakarta. The refinery will process crude oil pumped from fields operated by Exxon Mobil Corp. and Santos Ltd., Yudhoyono said on July 11.
Indonesia's proposed refinery plan follows the resolution of a four-year dispute between Exxon Mobil Corp. and the government over sharing revenue from Cepu, the Southeast Asian nation's largest untapped oil field. Cepu is estimated to contain 500 million barrels of oil and would add about 18 percent to Indonesia's output at a time when global crude prices have risen to records.
Sinopec is increasing exploration and buying overseas assets to cut the nation's reliance on fuel imports. China, the largest energy user after the U.S., may use 9.7 percent more crude oil, chemicals and fuel this year, China Petroleum & Chemical Corp., a unit of Sinopec, said in April.
Indonesia has failed to proceed with previous plans to build another refinery. In 2003, PT Pertamina said it was in talks with Mitsui & Co. and Mitsubishi Corp. to build a $1.6 billion refinery in Tuban. Last year, Pertamina invited Malaysia's Petroliam Nasional Bhd., or Petronas, to invest in the project.
Indonesia, the second-smallest member of the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries by production, imports about one- fifth of its oil products each year because its 1.08 million barrels a day of refining capacity isn't enough to meet domestic demand.
The country burns about 1.2 million barrels of oil products a day. Qatar has the lowest production among OPEC's 11 members.
Shayne Heffernan in will be representing Suncrest Energy at the meetings in Jakarta, Suncrest Energy and Shayne Heffernan will be the first Foriegn Oil company to enter Indonesias troubled areas for sometime and Mr Heffernan is confident of great results.
Fact=You have some serious anger management issues. Get over yourself. You too Sean. I was just sharing my experience with Fidelity, wasn't trying to teach. Obviously you two know everything you need to know. Once again, I don't care what you to think of me or my credibility, because I'm ryatch byatch!!!
i have an apex account. perhaps the gent in the re org department didnt know that....
No, but I had to talk to them today about a couple other things and asked about my divys and they said they went in to accounts today and should be available/showing in my online account by tomorrow morning.... we'll see... YOLO
etrade is $150. I just had to pay it today ;) eom
I'm not sure about restricted shares but an Apex account usually takes care of the fees. That's pretty steep, I hope they are worth something by then.
Anyone got SNYY as divy shown up in E*TRADE?
