Symbol and name change are good news IMO...
It appears that the company has a new business plan that they felt wasn't reflected in the previous name. We should get a pr informing us of the changes next week. No r/s is always good news also.

tommyz, we are on the same side so chill out. Start by reading all my previous posts here. I have done hrs of DD on this, and believe me, I am looking for that one piece of info that will blow it open for us, but so far nada. This company has changed its name numerous times. Hopefully it means something this time...but costly experience makes me jaded.

I'll refrain from further negative comment until after next Tues. Fair enough?

Short...I've been sending out emails to both SunCrest and Amerossi too ( about a month or so)..Never a reply, I actually got a return to sender on several, forgot which ones... Since I knew there was something going on, I never said a word and will wait for things to go through their paces...

I just hope next week gets everthing in order and hopefully a PR from one of these CO's...

Short..Sorry, just didn't like his tone. BUT...I'm frustrated too about the lack of info but heck, as I said earlier....a lot of changes in a small amount of time. People who own this stock have to have a lot of patience.... Bashing or questioning a stock that has a new beginning starting next week makes NO sense to me. The lack of info frustrated me at the beginning too, but I started to figured in the name change and others aspects.... That is WHY no info came out...

I'm looking at it this way. The new company starts next week...why complain about things we don't know. To me, a big waste of energy and why question a company that hasn't even emerged yet? Anyway...my last post for the night...GLTA,

I read your Pr info and you are right. However.... I think a lot of things are being slowed down over the past month or so and maybe for another month because of the extreme temps that Russia is handling now. I don't know the exact figure but it is the coldest it has been in Russia for a looooonnnngggg time. Which has to be very cold. Some parts of the country have just shut down, it is that cold right now. I feel things are probably on hold or slowed down for a bit right now...As I said, I'm willing to sit back and wait for things to happen. Patience is needed right now and I feel it will turn out good. JMHO..

When the bashers show up, sadly, they will, I won't even read them, the iggy button is used a lot in my world when it comes to stock boards....If they are going to bash a stock that doesn't even have their feet planted, then they are just that....bashers.. It may take a year for this company to find its foothold...but I feel they have a good start..

I'll try and find the PR's that mentioned the connection..Plus, read the PR's issued by SNYY...Amerossi is who they bought the Russia companies/interest from. ...rigzone.com is a good place to find updated and not universally released news...about the connection and structure??... I guess it is just an agreed merger with no change in share structure. If I'm wrong....Please...someone let me know. I suspected a name change about a month or so ago. Glad it is done and we can now move forward. JMHO..GLTA.....

PS...JMHO....I suspected a big fluctuation in the PPS of SNYY and we are seeing that. Also,,,Short mentioned a symbol to me yesterday and I had nooooo clue....KCHG...It is one of our subs...I should've known but....
