I don’t know Nash personally either, but a good friend of mine who got me involved with one of the XALL subsidiaries early on called Amazing Living, also used to tell me Nash was a man of integrity like WatcherDave has also echoed. Amazing living started off pretty good but never made it to successful business status and was dissolved. Nothing against Nash as he didn’t really run that business. I did get a chance to interact a little through that business when Nash would do live videos about how they were going to give stock shares as bonuses for revenues generated through Amazing Living. I had a good feeling about his character back then and still do over all and why I chose to invest in the risky OTC. When Nash does his PRs I don’t think he maliciously misleads is investors with fictional projections, but I do think if/when he knows revenues may not reach his own projections, he owes his shareholders an update to help preserve his integrity with them. This is the main frustration on the other board which is a fair complaint in my view.

I agree with you for the most part but becoming very concerned about Nash's ability to capture momentum and market the company properly. But hell what do I know, not ready to bail as been holding this for way to many years but seeing it degrade to sub penny and not being able to move out of it is definitely becoming frustrating.
Just cannot believe this is not at least in the .05 range is beyond anything I can comprehend unless the market just not trust Nash or his abilities. I am a patient kinda of fellow and truly believe all good things come with time but this one is truly testing that.

There is nothing confidential WatcherDave has ever shared with me other than what I have read from him on this chat board. I don’t know him personally either but I have appreciated his straightforward comments on this board and why I asked him specifically if he had anything to share with us since he hasn’t commented in a bit. His message to me was nearly identical to many of the other posts he makes here, which is that Nash is a person of integrity, and he is working very hard to achieve all the goals that we all share with XALL. In my view, I’m just glad my investment in XALL’s is still being run by somebody who is working hard, is keeping all the lights on, and doing everything it takes to succeed in growing our price per share. I’m sure we all agree, Things are not progressing as fast as we would like, but they are progressing and things are still moving forward, especially positive gains with the financials over the last two years.

Watcher I’m not trying to piss off anyone I’m sick and tired of the outright lies exaggerated claims xalles has presented to shareholders . You can go straight to Nash and tell him I will get honesty or after 6 years of supporting xalles or I’ll do everything in my power to see he pays the price for deception to my investment 500 grand worth of bull shit and failed attempts. It time for honesty and transparency witch we have neither at this point .

I lost 90% and just kept some shares for fun but they just excited a 1:1000 R/S so now I expect it to tank soon unless they pull off some miraculous pump n dump again.

I sold mine on the last little spike sold mine about a month ago for a 75% loss it happens one good hit negates 100 losses I can verify this from my account I’ve spent 300 k and got 450k out of one stock and I still own 28 million shares of possibilities. Xalles being my highest prospect I’m 80% sure right now xalles will make me a multi millionaire within 9 months. No guarantees ever but this is as close as I’ve ever seen in the otc . To do the live recorded video as he did tell me he’s very confident in his abilities to meet his projections that kind of money is going to get some serious attention. I was ready to sell it all and move on I just go so mad I couldn’t I dug in and jumped all over Nash and I’m glad I did I think it spurred something in him I do regret some thing I said in some of my rants. But it got his attention for once . He used some of my suggestions like the conference call I preached on that for 6 months never thought I’d see it but here we are full of anticipation of the big one I can hardly wait to congratulate all the true longa.

I personally never bought in and glad I did not pull the trigger . Sold all my OTC stocks awhile back (some gainers-some losers) and went all in with XALL as far as OTC stocks with whatever I got from the OTC sales. Bought some Amazon and Tesla a while back also when they where pretty close to their bottom. Just been sitting idle as all the fun money that I play with for stocks is tied up between these 3. Think I am pretty much done with the OTC deal so hopefully it pans out for us within a year or 2.

All my other investment money is with Stifel and have been maxing out the wife's 401K as professionally managed. Been pretty impressed with Stifel the past couple years as they definitely contained any loses and actually stayed in the green with my shit. Been with them for quite a few years now and was really lucky as was able to retain a referral by one of my " long dollar" buddies a long time ago with one of the "real" brokers that knows his shit as he will not accept anyone without a strong referral from one of his personal clients. Has a place here in ST. Louis and one in NYC where he splits his time and is on the floor 4-5 months a year.

I have not posted much as of late as really nothing else to say on XALL, getting tired with some of the BS posters as it does not take a rocket scientist to figure their motives. We all know who has been around for the long run and we are definitely at the Mexican standoff now!! Nash just better recognize the momentum and start marketing properly or he is gonna loose it !! If he does loose it think most of us will be gone also. Good luck my friend and stay healthy !!!!!

Just curious if any of you kept SYSX shares? I still have 256K and would be nice by some miracle they get a spike a week before XALL blows up and I could pick up another 1,000,000 XALL shares. Highly unlikely just fun to speculate on.

Being that the attorney letter has now been filled I personally have a renewed confidence in where we are heading. I am impressed with the accomplishments thus far with what acquisitions have been closed recently. Not that I was getting shaky or anything like that but did think the timeline of exiting my initial investment dollars was going south for possibly another year or so.
My hopes is that there is a shit ton of new investors that have been sitting on the sidelines not getting in as they where not confident that the new PR's where nothing more than a pump and dump and a flurry of buys start soon !!!

Thanks for your insight. Like the recent Rolling Stone piece. At least I am in great shape myself as already recouped the initial 6 fold. Reassuring my gut seems to always tell me the right thing to do as that is why I needed another point of view for the check system.

Actually sold some not to long ago for less of a profit than my initial target price for the remaining left to acquire some more of Xall so the gut must have been talking to me then also. Getting a little concerned about that one right now though as definitely blows my mind that it does not move on what I consider great update news but guess it still needs some more time to brew.
By the way I am really impressed with your timeframe to research things, noticed that on the other board also !!

I have invested in Jr mining and oil stocks as well as directly in the wells themselves. Most are very chancy just like the OTC as a whole.

I have worked for the most part mainly for the majors. The juniors have to do farm in deals and other creative ways to raise capital.

In 2009 I worked in the Chicontepec Basin in Puebla and Veracruz States. We had 45 rigs running and over the weekend we went down to 7. At that time, the wells were not producing as expected. Recon has an $85M balance owed to the Mexican Gov.

Recon already has public view and environmental problems. They only get worse and unless you are a major, the costs of the lawsuits are huge.

If Recon drills and announces a big find, sell on the run up. It takes years from discovery to producion.

Yes, not looking at it but been acquiring it since early 2020. ReconAfrica (ticker RECAF)- Have almost 32k shares left with a dollar cost of .79 after selling around 28k shares when it ran up early 2022.
Bought it as a long term 5-7 year play and just wanted another opinion on it. 2D seismic and eFTG data happing now, they have a shitload of property locked up for awhile and they did open a data room up for JV viewing awhile back. Greenies are all over it giving trouble as well as the African government seems pretty corrupt as well.

Just wanting a solid non bias opinion from someone much more experienced than I and by judging by your credentials you are it !! I was buying into the Caspian Sea deal in the late 2000's and did make some good money for a few years and luckily exited before the corrupt Russian government blew the good times apart.
Honest opinion please as I am not the type of guy that gets my feelings hurt !!

I have been building a pretty strong position for the past 3 years or so in the wildcats of Recon Africa (RECON) as thought was very interesting and by the seismic by how I read them there might just be something there. Thinking at some point a JV partnership may be possible due to the experienced management team they have in place.

Have you ever heard of them and if so what is your thoughts ?? Just fishing for different points if view from possibly someone with a little more experience in that field. Thanks'

Slick the attorney letter is a verification that the Quarterly filings are in fax true statements. I’m not worried about this but the otc does require it many time I’ve seen company switch attorneys .MR Nash will get it done he’s completely a where and I’ve emailed them we’ll see it soon .

Definitely agree, the last component to restoring my personal full trust in XALL is a clear public communication on all pending acquisitions truly still in play for this year and rough timelines if possible. That will put XALL back to good graces in my book. Regardless I’m very happy with todays confirmation of 25 million in added revenue!! Good to have going into this weekend.

I am not sure what the context is either ?? One thing for sure Slick is the next 2-3 weeks will definitely tell the story line as agree with you on the past and how the runs occur. Would be some icing on the cake if Nash can solidify all the other acquisitions in the channel and announce closures on those.
Definitely will bring his credibility and trust back so new investors will pony up !!

Trust me I am not worried as "in for a penny or in for a pound". I for one am fully aware of the risk for any stock Big Markets or Pinks !! I look at this as it is only play money that I allocate to the market for me to invest, nothing more or nothing less as I have burned up so much money in the past jacking around with cars and such it really does not matter.
Family is secure and well taken care of with allocations I do not jack with--Hell if I make a good score it will only go towards the shit that I have been burning it up on the last 25 years anyhow.

I still feel good about this I hold every share I had 6 months ago along with over a million more . Pink are very hard to predict but from what see and have been told from Xalles we’re safe they may drag it into next week . At that point I take nash on head to head o the phone without the right response I will seek to hold him accountable. FBI complaint against the SEC , Xalles reaching out to news outlets what ever it takes to make Nash hurt . But I’ll give him another week that’s it then he’s no longer on my good side . He knows I’ve laid it all out if he doesn’t come through this time I’ll do everything in my power to destroy him . So a week from tomorrow if you hold Xalles you know what coming. I really believe this ends well very soon I’ll hate doing option 2.
