Make sure you tell Dr. Penny he is welcome to post on the board as there are no hard feelings. I did get some of my post removed from yesterday. Not sure how that works and who has the ability to do that. Seen Laupa was posting. I do not have private message feature. Thanks
Oh....so HD you figured you would come over to this board and piss off the rest...:) Nah...as Moxey quoted testosterone was running rampant on the other board. Glad to see it calmed down at the end. As you all know I am in this to the end which I believe will be pretty beneficial to us all. I have a lot more at stake other then only my stock ownership as I am also part of the Studio and the success of Xalles and its Studio companies will greatly affect me. Look forward to news.
Well, I was trying to use calm wording so as not to get a rise out of anyone again this late in the evening. With most of us being on the more aged side digestion becomes an issue at this stage of our lives so calm around meal time is conducive to our good health. HAHA!
Here's to good things (news?) coming soon. Have a good evening!
Not touch and go in my world girl. I deal with insurance companies on a daily basis, those large cranial monsters will not be allowed there. That's my handle is "hoghead" L.O.L You know how us guy's are , but never had the patience for a bully from my upbringing and can take on their brothers as well and never will !!
Just shielding them from Slim L.O.L.
Ahh don't be pissed as we need to expect that which is a good thing as I am seeing it because a lot more eyes are arriving. I get go round with the best of my friend but do not like that side of me anyhow. Loved the unity we experienced as we need to keep the trash away !!! Have a great night
All I could keep thinking of while reading the other board throughout the day today was this movie quote from Lost In Space (Maureen speaking to John & Don who have been arguing):
"NOT another word!! Better. Now if you've finished hosing down the decks with testosterone, I suggest you come with me. I may have found a way to get us off this planet."
Glad today ended on an ok note. It was touch & go there for a minute or two.
I thought I might post over here since I’ve pissed off half of the Xalles board . Today’s decrease in price was expected to me as MMs want to keep this in an optimum take off point RSI is good and that’s where they keep us until news but to do this there borrowing shares I’m sure they have to purchase with news . This will go higher than most think imo . I’m still thinking next Thursday for news I know I sent a simple email to Xalles with no response there busy . And excited about news to come all I can say is all my email responses in the past two week end with a positive excitement. 2023 turnaround about to transpire.
L.O.L my friend-- Guess you did not know that I am really Tony Robbins-- Wait my name is Ron !! L.O.L.
Seriously though, I got very lucky my friend in my business career thru the years to get exposure and to many great businessman that have been very inspiring to a guy from nothing. Had the pleasure of being mentored by the best one I have ever met in my life and probably ever will. He is the most fair, tough but polite person with thru ethics in business that can exist in that world. Taught me a lot on how to be a true leader and build real teams that perform, stay compliant, and actually thrive on helping each other and take the least experienced team member that fits in the team to levels that they thought they could never perform.
Now that is inspiring my friend when you watch something like that in action !!
For ever will be great-full to that man till the day he dies for him seeing something in me that many did not and that gift gave me the success both financially and personally that I never in my wildest dreams could happen for a guy like me.
HD Thank you sincerely and guarantee that one day we will meet for that drink !!!
You have a way with words that inspires people to a thought process I’m not the most patient man but I’m am greedy when it comes to calculating what could be . I could have way to big of an imagination but it’s happen before and it will happen again. Why not to Xalles with all the events coming.
--Feeling spirited today as feel like I live in a van by the river folks--
--------HD Lets keep the positive vibes going my friend-----------

I’m really starting to feel the anticipation of the biggest news to come to a stock I’ve been in 4 acquisitions taking Xalles from a 5 million dollar company to a 25 million dollar company. These are unheard of often growth stories the share structure is a little high but the floats only 461 million you move that to .25 it’s not coming down for a while. Imo this could be my biggest win ever if I decide to leave at .25 , 2 million dollars I think I’m greedier than that I’d like 4 million. Look at the overall market if you get one stock going with news like this you never know what kind of weird stuff could happen. A few year back I was in a shipping company that went from .50 to 75.00 I sold at 2 dollars great pay day but man could I have been Rich .
Actually live in Louisiana to where Houston, New Orleans, Dallas, and a little further away Branson and Memphis are our weekend getaway spots. My husband has family that live in The Colony north of Dallas and my boss owns a suite at Dallas Cowboys AT&T Stadium (I'm a diehard Saints fan though - lol ) Easy trip, two turns and I'm on I20. Easy access to hit the cruise and head west. My brother in law bought his Vette and I bought my SRT8 at dealerships on the loop in Dallas. Better prices than Shreveport could offer.
Hey Moxie,
You must be somewhere in the DFW area. I used to live in both Colleyville and Grapevine TX. Lived there for 5 years in the early 90's. My son was born in North Richland Hills.
The way I see this price action we have about 50 % of those that recently bought in believe Nash will come thru . Remember the 37 million volume day we only made it to ..0039 . It wasn’t until 5 days later we started to climb the way I see it holding.006 is a positive thing 50 million shares to get to .006 . So we have 50 million more shares being held long . MMs are hold Xalles at it fast moving point a very good sign of what will come much higher levels in a short time .
You should try it sometime, not sure if they have a road coarse at that complex. I did lean myself off the past couple years as was feeling way to confident and concerned about hitting the wall and spending way to much money doing it. The last turn of the coarse does turn out on the NASCAR track corner bank to hit the straightaway before hard breaking to turn back into the road coarse in the center of the oval (can hit 125-135 before the hard breaking) . Bought a ZL1 Camaro back in 13, did get a paddle shift auto as found them more consistent and controllable, wore the tires and brakes out at 3k miles as where I live there are awesome winding backroads.
I like you are a newbie with minimal experience doing self investing as this did replace my car hobby. I did mean my post on the true longs here though. Some are very knowledgeable , and more than willing to help us understand the sharks that are in the ocean of pennyland !!
I haven't been on a race track, although I did have a scheduled run on the Texas Motor Speedway as a bonus when I purchased my Challenger SRT8 back in '11 (still have it and love to shift those gears. so glad I paid extra for the manual!). I didn't make it to the track due to work obligations and I regret it to this day!
Welcome aboard !! As my previous post here states definitely not "feeling warm and fuzzy" about the PCM deal either. Thinking is may be a play by Nash to not give up on the crypto deal but we will see. Along as he can get some RESULTS is all that matters to me like HD states he can rob a bank for all I care (hell maybe I will become his driver as done quite a bit of club road racing here on the track in Madison Ill by the Arch in ST. Louis ) !!
11 altogether over there and here after responding to a poster I’m just hanging back for a week. I don’t remember all the post but the one that start it was a response refuting what he wrote. No biggie I’ve combed down now . It’s my opinion by the 20th we get real news we’ll see just how good I am at reading into what I’m told . I’ve never been as involved in any public company as I am here and never plan on making it a mission again Xalles has thought me you can make a difference I feel . But the cost a lot of anger and frustration and willingness to loose everything to get what you’ve been told . I truly believe MR Nash wanted to complete what he started thinking money would be easer accessible given his vision. Not the case until there’s proven revenue that we have now . Sorry for the blabbering on GLTY moxeygirl Xalles will come through imo
Hello "Guys"!
Thanks for the official invite, HD. I've had this board bookmarked in my browser since it was formed a while back. Glad to see the sensical of us migrating here..... way too much hyperbole trying to elicit knee-jerk reactions going on over there.
WatcherDave I received your private message but as you suspected I couldn't reply. Although I did happen upon "Happy Hour" on iHub this past Friday which gives everyone full access to searches, etc. normally reserved for paid memberships. (It's scheduled for Friday afternoons I believe)
I see a few have given their history on here. I'll get around to mine once I find a way to sum it up (guys are better at that than us gals).
HD, you mentioned posts getting deleted from the other board. I noticed that also. Do you happen to know what info they contained, who removed them, for what reason? I didn't see them quickly enough before they were removed.
Also, I searched California Secretary of State website and found PCM,LLC. I'm not too enthused with what I saw as it says its status is terminated.
Hopefully this IR endeavor is Nash trying to get the most bang for his buck without paying through the nose for a larger firm. I just wish it looked a little more legit from the name to the phone # to the email and website. I will admit I'm a bit put off for having to internet stalk all kinds of leads to develop a profile of an IR company that in-and-of itself is supposed to provide relations (communication).
What thru a flag with me that the financial relations and shareholder communication part of the business was for only 2 years and dissolved in late 2012. Guess we will see how it pans out as may be rolled up in one of the others. I take it as the business focus is on the coinhub business in cryto so hopefully I am just micro managing Nash's motives.

Good to hear that card concept is still in play. I saw a lot of value in that as nobody I have heard of is doing anything similar. That card could be offered through or linked to many types of businesses so many angles for additional revenue.
Appears to be legit, so we just have to wait and see at this point.
I do believe this is the person that owns Pacific Capital Markets. Don't really know much more then what I saw on LinkedIn. Seems like he has been in the IR biz for awhile.
TooFrank posted this on the Xalles board today regarding Zakery Logan. . Not sure how he knows this, but TooFrank seems to be pretty good at DD.

Get it my friend--I am done accumulating for now anyhow. Ended up with 2.2 and will leave it at that. Have a great week and will let everyone know. I most likely will be silent as kinda been feeling like "I live in a van by the river" with my motivational post as of late anyhow.
Assume you take this as a positive ??
Hi Slick, thanks for the reminder about Amazing Living. I remember now. BTW...the debit/credit card concept with stock rewards is still being worked on through the Xalles subsidiary Co-Owners. I actually first met Tom when he came to Vegas for a biz meet and I was invited by the original owner of Co-Owners.
As I think I mentioned on the board prior that Tom doesn't do anything that is not strategic. Everything he has acquired or is in the process of acquiring will have some type of synergy. Even my company Appy Perks will be utilized as a way to get in the door to the millions of small businesses, while then being able to upsell other Xalles products/services from both Xalles, its subsidiaries and Studio companies.
Amazing Living was a Network Marketing business combined with an online store where you could buy all types of normal everyday products. I’m not a network marketing guy really, but when I heard about the company from a friend, the thing that caught my interest in Amazing Living was that Nash was working on a credit/debit card that had a reward program that was tied to the XALL. So rather than getting 1% cash back like most cards, you could get that 1% value of your rewards in XALL stock. I never heard of this type of reward card so thought it had a decent chance of taking off. What peaked my interest at the time back in 2017-2018 was watching Nash and Mr. Dickerson do live videos about how the reward program worked and they kept using examples what your reward could look like if XALL went up to $0.50. The float was in the 290 million range, but thats when I decided to take my first position in XALL when the stock was trading around $.0035. Ironically thats where the stock sat most of last year. Regardless, I do feel like Nash thought it was very possible to get the PPS to that, so even if the float is now at 490 mil, I think we have a good shot at .25-.35 this year pretty easy if we get funding and close those 4 acquisitions.
Thanks, I truly believe at this point the long time longs may be holding about 1/5 of the outstanding shares at this point if it does not find itself getting diluted any further.
Hopefully we can all hold and not sell to much on the way up as at some point we should be able to keep the flipper in check to buy time for Nash to gain traction and take us to a higher exchange.
At that point is when all of us that has been willing to wait be able to get the full potential and real money from it. Cannot blame anyone not willing to hold though as it has been a long wait and sure Nash has lost some of his credibility with some for his actions the past couple years , hopefully not most though !
Hoghead1, I really can't speak on how the system works in the OTC and market makers. The markets I used to have clients trade in were the high end markets such as NYSE and Nasdaq. These markets work more on a automatic system with computers handling trades. From what I have seen over the years with Xall, though it seems like there is some amount of manipulation. I see right at the end of a day a very tiny trade usually in the dollars getting executed right at the end that inevitability brings the SP down. I think what can eventually fix this is having this stock in the hands of many more holders, and eventually being in a higher level marketplace, though I think the OTC as a whole is always going to be more speculative then the major markets.
I do know Tom Nash eventually wants to get this to Nasdaq, but there are many requirements prior to that occurring.
As far as the flippers go, I do think that is always going to be a problem with stocks in this price range. Any Tom, Dick or Harry can put together a thousand dollars to buy a bunch of low priced OTC stock. If they can see a $200 profit, a lot of these people will take it and go to the next one. The only way to solve this is for the stock to be at a price that becomes too expensive for a day flipper to get involved with. I agree that companies such as Xalles do get hurt by these day traders. These type of traders don't have the patience to hold something longer then at most a few months. Again...the way to fix this is for the Xalles to be in a lot more hands, plus having larger investment groups holding the stock. I do think that is beginning to happen. Larger investment groups usually don't day trade and will hold equities for an extended timeframe.
Anyway....just my two cents. As I mentioned a while back on the other Xalles board, I do not invest at all in any other OTC stocks. Only one I own or have ever owned is XALL and I am only involved because of my trust in Tom Nash and his vision for his company. Hope this helps.
Since you have been a fully licensed stockbroker in the past what has been your perception on how much a MM can manipulate the prices to the point as some state. There has been very many comments on that as well as Slim has a downright conspiracy theory about it.
How would you rate percentage wise MM control to the flipping day traders that has become more and more prevalent the past years ? Seems to me that the younger generation is more than happy with flipping especially a sub-penny to small penny stock for $20 bucks a day just to avoid getting a job. I have stated my concerns on that and possible reason it kills a great start up company from gaining traction.
Hi Slick, thanks for the message. Yes...I was familiar with Amazing Living though I can't remember what it's products/services were.
As I mentioned I am a pretty good friend of Tom's. Used to talk with him on a weekly basis. After COVID not so much. All I can say is I know Tom is working his rear off to hit the milestones we have all heard about over the past few years.
Biggest issue which effects Xalles and also a company like mine is the availability of funding. As HD has mentioned a few times, everything really wraps around completing financing, whether through debt or equity. Completing acquisitions, investments into existing subsidiaries, investments into Studio companies and clearing some company debt are all targets for funding.
Even with my tech start-up, my partner and I were bootstrapping and have invested over $300,000 into our biz, prior to COVID. Our original plans were to take this to launch without raising funds. COVID hit and the ability to continue putting funds into the biz diminished. Now we keep the small bills paid while we await Xalles and the benefits of being part of the Xalles Studio. As I mentioned there will be some very cool integration with our company and some of the Xalles services.
I believe I have in the past on the other board mentioned that the Studio and its purpose should not be ignored. As HD pointed out, Xalles will have multiple ways of building its valuation including integrating Xalles products/services into the Studio businesses, plus with percentage ownerships in these Studio companies.
Has all of this moved as fast as we all wanted? No, but I believe we are back on track and Tom will continue to work pretty hard on hitting his goals. Some people don't realize that Tom had his company Xalles many years prior to becoming public. This is his baby. There is definitely a frustration regarding the SP of XALL. Since this is the only company stock I own on the pink sheets, I am not knowledgeable as others in regards to the OTC marketplace. I even used to be a fully licensed stockbroker, but never dealt with this market. What I do see is once this company and its stock get "discovered" by more eyes, it will only go up. Right now the daily SP is completely controlled by a select few whether they are the market makers or day traders. Eventually moving to a higher market might also help.
I am very excited about the future with Xalles, both as a shareholder and also as a Studio company.
Watcher, Thanks for sharing your affiliation to XALL. I dont have any insider information on my end either but I can echo your sentiment about what I have heard from a good friend who has also had personal conversations with Nash that he is a business man of integrity. I’m not super happy with the lack of communication of what’s been going on behind the scenes in the last 2 years, but if XALL can communicate better to us shareholders this year, I will be good. I learned about XALL when I was involved with one of XALL’s subsidiaries, called amazing living, but has since been dissolved. It was a good concept and started to do well but never fully made it. After learning about the big picture of XALL and their vision I decided to invest back in 2018 and have remained a long term investor since then and have seen the ups and downs, but overall XALL is making progress and with the last 5 quarters of increased revenues and profits, combined with relatively low dilution, I feel we are finally ready to realize our long awaited increase in PPS this year.
Good to see TooFrank and WatcherDave on this board! TooFrank definitely has some great trader knowledge and WatcherDave has always been a voice of sound reason. When I get time I will pose some questions to the group to get your opinions regarding the topic of how you calculate business valuation, especially within OTC stocks that we can use to translate into true price per share so we can maybe help each other with better exit strategies if XALL starts to fly upward this year. I know I have gone back and forth on different ideas of a sort of tiered exit while always keeping something for the long term if XALL can continue to build and grow. My personal immediate goal will be to sell 25% of shares if XALL can get back above .06 again and then watch how see how things are playing out for my next strategy.
Thanks very much Hoghead 1.
I look forward to getting to know all. Also very happy to see your daughter is on the mend. Everything will always take a backseat to our health and our families health.
Welcome aboard Watcher. FYI your are now among a group of the most honest, ethical, great group of I guys I ever came across and am personally proud to be able to be part of this group. Myself as well as HD have invited the longs that we have met along the years as well as a few that just started posting on the other board that seems like would fit perfectly here. Anyone that has a suggestion and want to invite someone please free to do show but my hopes it to keep this board clean and free of the greedy, unethical and dishonest trash that appear on some boards. My hope and dreams also is to build the "A-Team" so we can leverage the different point of views to the fullest so we all can prosper and take some risk and exposure away from the game we choose to play in the market!!
Over the years we have shared personal issues that life brings a person and there has been nothing but support and compassion amongst us.
Looking forward to all of our conversations and discussions on this board as participation is welcomed, point of views ,experiences , knowledge , or just thoughts as long as it is done in a honorable and respectful way. Myself will participate as much as possible but I do still work a 8-5 job as still enjoying that in my lifestyle as well am sure my experience level does not hold a candle to most that are here. If you do not agree with one position that is fine as I believe that is the best way to look at all sides and make decisions based on your personal situation.
Good look to all us us !!!
As a means of disclosure: A few folks on here know, but for those that don't. I am the President and one of the founders of Appy Perks.(appyperks.com) We are one of the companies that is part of the Xalles Studio.
I have personally known Tom Nash for over 15 years. Tom is the most ethical businessperson I have ever been associated with which is the reason I hold about 3M shares in Xalles and plan on holding for the foreseeable future. I would have purchased much more, but most of my funds I had available were used to bootstrap my company with my partner. We are now awaiting additional investment once funding has been secured by Xalles. I can't really say more about the Xalles/Appy Perks tie-in other then there will be some great synergy between the two companies.
Even though I do have a closer relationship with Tom Nash, he has not and never will share with me any type of info that might be deemed as insider information.
I have not been involved with any other penny stocks or stock boards as have never owned a pink sheet stock until Xalles, and the only reason I own Xalles is Tom Nash. I continue to be very optimistic regarding Xall.
Thanks all. I look forward to getting to know you all. If anyone wants to talk privately or has questions they don’t want to post, I can be reached at appyperks@gmail.com.
Hey all you longs. Thanks HD for inviting me here. I look forward to continuing our Xalles discussions.
Hello all. I see big things coming
We all know who the true longs are that have been around awhile. Invite anyone you want my friend that you think will fit in well. The more the merry as anyone's good perspectives on this as well as any others are surely welcome.
XxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxI’m also private messaging a few to let them know I’m here . Moxygirl .stevie anyone I know was here two years ago this is the only things I don’t like about the ihub special privileges for some it’s not right.
Welcome aboard TooFrank- Always good to have good people picking up a oar and paddling in the same direction with thoughts and insights.
Gotta head to work, looks like it may be a busy day unlike yesterday !!!
You know HD I have been fortunate in my life as far a finances go and I thank God in my own way everyday as never really cared for the church thing. I had goals early in life that was never going to return to the dirt hole that I grew up in, not my parents fault as they had 5 of us kids and my youngest brother got cancer at age 5 and now that I am older sure know it must of cleaned them out of any money they could muster just to keep him alive. Never will hear a bad word out of my mouth about my parents and where we live though as my father always instilled in me about integrity, honesty and always treat people on how you wish to be treated and know that made me the man I am now. But kadie bar the door if someone treats me or my family with no respect as sure did learn how to fight really good at a young age just to survive. That is the reason I like Slim so well and try to calm him down, sure did have a mean temper when I was younger when got worked up.
Had a goal to go and buy a new Corvette on my 30th birthday for cash and damn well made that happen by working my ass off in the collision repair industry for more hours a day than any human being should do. Damn that was 1995-- But it least paid off for me and still working because I still love it.
Just something to remember if you want to keep this some what private don’t use the ticker in the first line or people will follow it right from the active board . It doesn’t real matter to me who shows I feel I can counter any arguments out there . But who want to look at that crap . The Xalles board already has a couple they’ll always get a rebuttal from me I’m thing of an Xalles tattoo just kidding again.
It a good plan to me feel free to ask me to invite privately as long as I can anyone else you desire. Glad to hear your financials are in good shape I never had any hobby cars but I’ll have a couple when Xalles comes in . I did have the furniture of buy two new vehicles for the first time in my life in 2021 . Chevy trail boss fully loaded my wife wanted a jeep what the wants she gets if I can afford it she a good woman that’s had a lot of miss future . She lost her father at 12 and her mother at 22 . I had both my parents into my late 50s and it was hard losing my mother even then . So I do what I can to make the second half of her life a little more enjoyable when I can .
Thanks man-- I think we should keep this board at this time as "invitation only" while XALL is in the next few stages as only concerned about the trash coming.
His response
In heartfelt gratitude, Thank You for the invitation.
Through the years I have met some genuine nice people in this cesspool of greed.
Looking forward to chatting with yall.
Thank you,
Thank Yall for the invitation.
Heading to the Gym.
Will read past posts so I don't sound like a new hire.
