What nonsense. There is no company. I find it difficult to see what it is about that that you don't get.

The "only valid insider", Appel, is highly unlikely to want to have any part of all this. If he tried to do anything with that fraudulent incorporation, I have no doubt the regulators would be on him in a heartbeat.
