I may end up being the last one here quietly adding. My personal theory is the company was caught off guard when the stock rallied so hard. There was no PR, no direct communication with shareholders.

They tried to quietly reverse merge, and the stock rallied more than 100x. I think that caught them completely off guard and didn't want it. I'm betting they thought they could reverse merge and quietly buy up all outstanding shares. The the stock rallied so hard it got too expensive to buy up the O/S, so they are staying quiet until it pulls back enough.

It makes no sense at all to have a real company, legally reverse merge and then do absolutely nothing. This company is not looking to dilute, they are looking to buy back shares. Once they buy back enough of the O/S they will go current and communicate. Then they can reap the reward of a major rally. I'll keep buying on the way down until that happens.

Who said I sold or don't think this is the real deal? Hint, I haven't sold any. When they decide to come around to fully becoming OTC compliant and communicating with the shareholders, the sky is the limit. Until then people may get impatient and sell.

I'm still well in the green here and have stated repeatedly I'll add more as I can. If we drop in the 0.03s I'm adding bigly. I already have a pretty big position.

Actually they have a pretty good supply in the US, at least in major markets. The Orlando FL (Disney World) area has thousands for example.

This is dead money until they go current with the OTC at the very least. And really we need that and some communication from them.

From my DD it does seem this company is semi-dormant. They are operating but barely, there is no promotion whatsoever. This is reflected in the recent filings. 2016 revenue was way down over 2015 and that coincides with them shuttering social media accounts.

Clearly Nick has not focused on this, thus the reason to go public and look for new executives to take over day to day. I was hopeful initially that all ducks were in a row already, but that does not seem to be the case.

This could go sideways or even down from here. The longer we all sit around on the edge of our seat, the more of us to jump ship. It is what it is. It's turning into a gamble timing wise. Hopefully Nick keeps a controlling interest but brings in a strong team for day to day. If Nick just outright sells and hands over control we better hope it isn't to a typical penny scammer.

They would have sold BEFORE merger was complete as it's a mess to transfer to new company . I seriously doubt we see ANY dilution anytime soon . BUT ya never know .

Agreed, we all bought in for a reason, that reason hasn't changed. We can view the action 2 different ways, there are people selling a few shares for locked in profit but those shares are being added in this range so its all good.... waiting for the updates. Who's to say there aren't people in the know that are adding here just waiting on filings and PR's, gotta have some patience. Go play some other tickers and wait for this one to release info, pretty simple.

No connection. The reason that other ticker shows up is because old ticker for this no longer exists. Stop sleep go has been in business for awhile so I would not worry about that at all. It is all about when they will update and their intentions (share structure/finances) going forward

I wonder if the ticker and name change served a different purpose.

Another stock with a similar name as our old one has been suspended.

Note that when you typed our old ticker you were spelling the others name and when you spelled the others name, our ticker would show up.

Conveniently the other ran just as we changed our ticker and name.

I hope that I am wrong and that we will hear something soon here.
