This is dead money until they go current with the OTC at the very least. And really we need that and some communication from them.

From my DD it does seem this company is semi-dormant. They are operating but barely, there is no promotion whatsoever. This is reflected in the recent filings. 2016 revenue was way down over 2015 and that coincides with them shuttering social media accounts.

Clearly Nick has not focused on this, thus the reason to go public and look for new executives to take over day to day. I was hopeful initially that all ducks were in a row already, but that does not seem to be the case.

This could go sideways or even down from here. The longer we all sit around on the edge of our seat, the more of us to jump ship. It is what it is. It's turning into a gamble timing wise. Hopefully Nick keeps a controlling interest but brings in a strong team for day to day. If Nick just outright sells and hands over control we better hope it isn't to a typical penny scammer.
