The reference to a OTC REIT is sarcasm related to the multiple fraudulent properties MYEC bought, has never disclosed, and still denies despite public records in 4 counties saying otherwise.

Also why would you want to know about OTC REIT's? Can't recall any OTC REITs. There are some non-traded REITs although I wouldn't touch one.
