Well, a "lawyers board" is how a MYEC legal expert referred to a state BAR. I found it a bit funny too

The reference to a OTC REIT is sarcasm related to the multiple fraudulent properties MYEC bought, has never disclosed, and still denies despite public records in 4 counties saying otherwise.

Hope that was enlightening
