It appears they were late in their filing of the 10Q and so now the NASDAQ plans to delist the company are stronger than before.
Another nail in the coffin and not good for us.
Of course we will appeal at the Sept. 13th panel hearing, but it doesn't look good to ever resume trading again on the NASDAQ.
Maybe we will be a pink sheet stock, but who knows?

Hi. I'm sorry to say but it doesn't look good. The only silver lining is that a poster on the YMB for SCEI states the Company also announced TODAY on its Chinese website that it is delisting b/c it is planning to go private. What that mean for us who knows. Technically, they would have to buy out the outstanding shares, but who really knows. GLTU
