You take the latest quarterly report, this one

and look at "Total shareholders’ equity" which amounts to $ 123,415,771
This is simply Total Assets minus Liabilities.

Then you look at issued and outstanding shares
"As of May 13, 2012, 23,863,701 shares of the issuer’s common stock, par value $0.001, were outstanding."

123,415,771 / 23,863,701 = $5.18 per share

Which stands at 4%

$0.26 / 0.04 = $6.50

That 4% is a rounded number though and may not be up to date all the time but it will give you a good impression. And they do update it daily.
