The 8K shows that another evaluation must be complete which is not due until the end of February. It also has to be agreed upon, etc. so expect the deadline to pass with no news release even if something is actually happening.

The 8K also indicates they are restating the financials from the last number of years. My experience is that restating financial statements is only done to add more debt and costs that you feel were missed.

Surely FDA was certainly not the only SDRGer here to take healthy profits @ .03 after buying by the truck load under a penny as stated doing so at the time. Every stock has it's own personality ...eemm sorta? Was not going to make the same mistake that was made several years before when the Dragon rushed past .05cents and FDA did not sell! No way....we learn from our mistakes! At least we are supposed too? Admittedly FDA aid sell the rest recently just over a penny but still all in all net gain was at least around $75,000 in total which will be reportable to IRS..! Tax loss carry over however will of course allow FDA to keep it all. How sweet it is as JG use to say!

and yet again this dog does nothing and a “new deal” is missing in action.

I see Mr. Trapped claims he’s now totally out of this slug with a tidy profit. I don’t believe a word of it. He’s still trapped with tons of shares he can’t get rid of.

But even if you believe his tall tale, it’s just one more example of touting the stock to you while selling behind your back. But out of the goodness of his heart he’s going to stick around holding your hand and giving you sage advice. I hope you’re not dense enough to take it. I mean, it’s (the advise) has worked soooo well in the past, huh?

Can’t wait for the financials. Or will that be another empty promise.

FDA began buying BTC @ approx. $1200 in Nov./Dec.2016! And loaded up big time on OMG if you are tuned in JS? Litecoin, Populous, Veritaseum, Salt Lending, PayPie, Pillar ....are all headed skyward ...IMO (Apples & Amazons of the future)

Also sorry to tell you financials might actually be prepared. Believe me, that’s not good news for shareholders. Sure you want a new deal? Be careful. You might get what you wish for.

They did not accept the previous offer & held out until Shengda invited Marc back to China....So he didn't travel all the way back there for a kick in the pants!

As it was said many times before on this board R43 going back about 7 years when FDA began talking to the IR guy at that time named Alex...Always felt he was on the level being honest about the questions that were asked & when a larger stake in Sino-top was owned by SDRG !! It's future looked much more promising back then for sure..but Since then....Marc has been accessible to shareholders on & off usually shortly after any news releases from the company to stay in line with SEC guide lines...which is much more than you can say about most CEO's especially considering all the problems this company has had to face through out the years..! At least shareholders have shot at getting in contact with the guy from time to time ...FDA gives him some credit for that!

***But OK..Now where is the PR since China Marc...? Please...Gosh at least give shareholders a nibble before the real news comes out about how much we are getting??? Delay is when company has officially give a date to complete some tasks/actions, has to issue by the law some documents (i.e. Financials), is working on a project and has a target date. Big Day Coming Closer For SDRG Shareholders.....

Rumor has it >>>>> October 18th <<<<<< will be ground zero for

China meeting date with Shengda!!!

Once again....FDA was correct in surmising Chinese Ministry could only hold off for so long before finally pressuring Shengda to poop or get off the pot!!! Lord only knows how agonizing this eternal on going charade with Sino-top must have felt like to those intractable shareholders who never lost hope !! (aside for those of course like FDA who managed over the years to take profits on some of the short runs then jumped back in on corrections) !!
