But FDA thinks PPS begins some kind of run next week ???

Well heck ?? we've been through this situation enough times before just prior to Marc announcing...RIGHT? ....so why not this time too? Especially since this is expected to finalize business with Shengda with sale of Sino-top once & for all after waiting no less than a..... FRICKIN.... eternity to actually see it happen !!!!

FDA rubbing his hands together this Sunday night.....
