Sonny and board have, for the moment, ~1% of OS. Cant use that anymore. Even if they RS, they'll still hold ~1%. That means they started issuing options. If they RS, they'll need to increase pool of shares to issue to employees again.
I could say exactly what makes Sintx so much more valuable than it seems, regardless if Hudson Bay Capital is still here pumping and dumping. However I've done explained it repeatedly. You'll just use the stockprice as justification, even though its manipulated and kept artificially low, while ignoring any other evidence. Stockprice is manipulated, the companies IP appears to be the future of ortho.
As a gift to the investment world, Sint became public on Valentine's Day 2014. According to the site below, a $10000 investment then would be worth $4.99 at yesterday's close. Price has been coming down since the beginning. Must be all this good news that groups like Hudson can't see....but individual investors here, do! Sonny and his bod apparently can't see company's 'true' worth either. Well I'm sure the upcoming reverse will also be seen as something good and perhaps, just perhaps, the stock will react in a positive way and go down to $2.99?

“Every time there is good news this drops”. How do you expect people to know this?
Who PRs something like that? Not like Mexico is a major market. Still price goes down here on good news like Hudson Bay Capital is here pumping and dumping.
Whats nice about Mexico is future Si3N4 devices will clear for sale easier. Also its another parallel market.
It would likely be confusing if they said their biggest customer can now sell sini products in Mexico? I mean how bad at this is Sonny
Wisconsin hospitsls are postponing non-essential surgeries due to need of beds. Assuming other hospitals follow suit that'll impact Zimmers Q4 sales. Definitely needs to diversify from elective surgeries.
It would likely be confusing if Sintx PR that CTL can sell in Mexico. It makes sense to use linkedin. But if you want a weblink here you go:
https://orthospinenews.com/2022/11/09/ctl-amedica-corp-making-moves-in-mexico/
Wow that’s a great medium to get the word out
I must have missed the announcement/pr. Should add another 25k to the top line
Wasnt major news but CTL clearance to sell in Mexico. Which will help sales, slightly for Sintx, and aid with clearance of future Si3N4 products.
what's the good news?
Wt Almost everytime there is any good news this drops.

As can be shown in the following studies, metal implants amplify and collect harmful electromagnetic radiation (EMR). That amplification and accumulation causes inflammation in the body and leads to delay in osseointegration.
By itself, EMR seems to contribute to severity of a covid infection. However since metal implants amplify and accumulate this radiation, metal implants can thus worsen the symptoms of covid. Metal implants may even contribute to long covid symptoms.
Recently there was an earthquake near the Arizona/New Mexico border. Earthquakes commonly have EM anomalies in the region that occur weeks beforehand suggesting that these EM anomalies contributed to the the engine troubles in a Boeing that made an emergency landing in Albuquerque. That same week another Boeing made an emergency landing in Las Vegas. Just yesterday there was an earthquake that occurred near the Arizona/Utah border felt near southwest point of Utah. Suggesting that EM anomalies contributed to its engine issues as well.
Then today during a geomagnetic storm, originating from a crack in the magnetic field it seems, another military aircraft crashed. Looking like another EMI related crash.
Hahaha good one.
What I said was the honest truth based on my opinion. What I don't do is state conjecture as fact.
I highly doubt thats the honest truth. The statement seems laden with personal bias. I do expect some self service as thats natural human condition but your statement doesnt match reality even for narcissists with their extreme self serving motives.
If you want the honest truth it's because everything that Sonny does (as ceo) imo IS ridiculous and shouldn't be taken seriously other than gain for himself and loss for the shareholder.
Why say something ridiculous as Musk instead of something more on the nose like Hudson Bay Capital and/or other hedge funds like it?
Yes, exactly! Short interest is now at 8.63% as of 10/15 which I believe is also part of the loyalty test. We also have to remember this is only the short interest reported. Now if we include all the shorting overseas and on other galaxies, we can only come to one conclusion: Sonny's poison pill will stop Musk from taking over and thus save the day for present shareholders.
I could have done alot more to help vote if I could have converted, but meh.
No we do not have voting rights.
Do we even have voting rights with preferred? Looks like only common and Sonnys preferred E does.
Probably got booked as a donation. Just remember Sonny is looking out for true longs not faux longs, this is part of the test.
My concern is that preferred shares somehow would be treated substantially different than the common shares because shares haven't been converted. I don't have specifics.
Sonnys Preferred share takes care of that for the RS portion. But not being able to convert our preferred reduces our voting ability doesnt it?
I think they want to make sure they have enough votes for the upcoming meeting and that they won't have to postpone the meeting and change the share ownership date for voting. I think it stinks.

Ceramic engine parts could become necessary not just optional.
Any ideas why? Last I checked I couldn't either.
My brokerage company still does not have authorization from company to convert preferred shares from offering to common shares. Brokerage is documenting all conversations and has sent more than one official request to company.
Management finally started dishing out options. They have about 1% of current OS now.
That’s just so they have a quorum for the RS vote. The vote has to be in line with how shareholders vote, his votes have to vote proportionally in line with how the shareholders vote.
you do realize that Sonny just gave himself 250MM votes?
The U.S. is officially in a flu epidemic, federal health officials say. They’re preparing to deploy troops and ventilators if necessary
The following study shows the solution to Titaniums electrical conductivity (amplifying effect) is a non-conductive ceramic coating like Sintx's Si3N4. Sintx recent acqusition of TA&T gives Sintx more methods for coating metal implants.
Maintain Nasdaq compliance. It is currently around 46mil after recent offering.
Sonny sucks. Absolutely destroyed hard working peoples money. I hope the RS does not go through. No benefit of a RS at this point. After a 30-50:1 RS this is phucked. No one that bought 18 months ago will ever get their money back. Never ever.
EMF As a Cause of Metal Implant Failure in Spinal Fusion
Sonny has seen the past 7 years of his life dedicated to one lie implode. Whatever new Sonny gives the order on should be a good one!
Rs coming here? Why OS is only 25M? Or is it to maintain nasdaq listing?
It does say that, but the expense is under the spin-off of spine and dental in a separate statement correct? Yes. That’s why it’s classified there, not hard to understand.
Again that’s an expense under r&d. Every accounting term debate always ends up with one result.

Yet it literally says it's for acquiring third party IPR&D. Sorry if thats inconvienent.
Now why do you ignore that fact that a third party company submitted a Si3N4 related arthroplasty device to a regulatory agency? Its not Sintx that submitted it. That means its either Zimmer utilizing Sintx MC2 femoral head or a different company working on Si3N4 femoral head. Based on the information in Sintx 10k only MC2 could be submitted via a 510k as its substantially equivalent to Biolox Delta. The coating they are working on would require PMA if I understood it correctly. But Sintx isnt submitting a hip implant so that means a partner is required.
If Zimmer submitted, as evidence suggests, then the submission is based on Sonnys design at Missouri S&T. Payment for that IP would be required. It makes sense for Zimer to have acquired the IP in 2017 after femoral head testing was complete. It could then take over the project from there.
It’s not for acquiring third party ipr&d, second party ipr&d, or first party ipr&d. It’s a one off expense item. The spin off and the related ipr&d associated with that was expensed out as a one time expense.
The notion that that line item expense is for acquiring third party ipr&d is quite literally made up. Any spine or dental ipr&d that were acquired serve no use to the company anymore….again why it was expensed as a one time expense.
Reminds me of the incorrect deferred revenue recognition interpretation that meant they were going to have a huge revenue quarter lol
No its not and I'm not claiming it is. Its for acquiring rights to third party IPR&D as it says in the 2021 10k. The accounting policy didnt change, theres no indication it changed. Its always been for acquiring third party IPR&D. Youre just misinterpreting what future alternative projects means.
It’s not an umbrella r&d expense. What you are describing is an r&d expense plain and simple.
Swapping expense definitions is what is called misinterpreting.
You keep misinterpreting what it was said in 2017. If the IP had no future uses then it wouldnt be acquiring the IP.
So if Zimmer submitted a hip implant utilizing MC2, then it submitted Sonnys hip implant design, or at least something built off that design. Theres the IP it paid for in 2017.
Really don’t understand what the classification is. It’s a one-off r&d expense that is controlled that has no alternative future use rather than a one off that isn’t controlled (extraordinary item). A development agreement is not under this, the ipr&d for the spin-off was done that way because it literally is a one off expense controlled by management that has no alternative future use. You keep commingling expense definitions.
“Likely paid to a school who then funneled the money to Sonny” now the school is involved in the hidden money transfer lmao.
