What you see in disclosure documents about SRBT is bogus. Due Diligence reveals the truth.
The person actually controlling this company is a scam artist named Basilio Chen. Here's a couple of links for a quick update on who this character is. These are only two of a litany of scams and failed pump and dump schemes overseen by Basilio.

The new merged in company after they took it over from good ole Joe Arcaro is suing him for fraud and breach of contract in the State of California. SRBT has also been hit with a monetary claim of $266,000.00 from a previous supplier since the merger and the new management is seeking for legal advice about going after Arcaro for those monies as well.

Agree they could run this large just have to wait and assume the risk. I own another stock that is Chinese owned they answer emails and say there is something coming they said in like a year it would take and that’s been a year ago the call letters TAKD check it out. Again it’s a big risk like this one but I’m hoping one of these pays out.
