What you see in disclosure documents about SRBT is bogus. Due Diligence reveals the truth.
The person actually controlling this company is a scam artist named Basilio Chen. Here's a couple of links for a quick update on who this character is. These are only two of a litany of scams and failed pump and dump schemes overseen by Basilio.

He's also the puppet master for LEIC. Notice the same phone number for both companies on disclosure documents.
