The new merged in company after they took it over from good ole Joe Arcaro is suing him for fraud and breach of contract in the State of California. SRBT has also been hit with a monetary claim of $266,000.00 from a previous supplier since the merger and the new management is seeking for legal advice about going after Arcaro for those monies as well.

Cant make this stuff up!
