Guess at the current share price some are willing to continue holding until cancellation becomes a reality instead of just a line in a POR!

You're forgetting how illiquid these shares are as of today. Bid/Ask spreads will be huge. Maybe long delays to sell a few shares. I doubt there was really much of a rise.

Interesting that altho major brokers do not allow buys of SHLDQ, 23000 shs traded to day. And price increased 3X from .055 to .17 now.

Seems like buys would have to exceed sells to drive price up 3X.

Some brokers somewhere, maybe pink sheet market makers, are allowing buys?

SEC in news today re. delisting 2000 pink sheet stocks that do not provide financial info.to SEC. Reuters article mentioned 3 stocks including SHLDQ. So of course SHLDQ dropped to .055 on the news.

I do not know what happened at NY hearing, although it might be postponed until today. I do not expect much other than discussion of unpaid claims.

To be clear, I do not think SHLDQ shares will combine with Transform.

The potential deal to be made is for Lampert's private ESL Holdings to combine with SHLDQ, if BK court approves his "not yet, future" buyout offer for SHLDQ, where Eddie owns a majority of shares and some debt.

BUT (big one) FIRST, Eddie must settle all the lawsuits against him re. Sears. That will take some time.

BUT (again) I do not think the BK will close soon, because SHLDQ does not have the $ to pay BK admin. claims including attorney fees.

This may still be a long time to wait to find out if SHLDQ has value or will be worthless.

If Eddie acquires SHLDQ merging with ESL, stock delisting could be corrected if they clean up delinquent reporting (since Q2 2018, I
think).

The only $ I have in this is trading gains from previous trades. So, if worthless not a real loss to me.

The "delisting" is due to new SEC regulations to stop BUYS for stocks that do not report financial information, which SHLDQ apparently stopped some time past.

More pink sheet stocks that do not report will face same delisting on 9/28.

The rule will be:

You can sell these stocks but not buy new shares.
If you sell all you own, you will not be able to buy again.

The fact here is that SEARS is worth too much money to let fall to the "expert market" AKA enhanced GREY MARKET. So either SEARS has to get cleaned up really quick and pushed BACK TO NASDAQ, or they need to sell the shell ASAP. BUT, at only a 25 million dollar market cap.....supposedly..... its a hell of a company for just 25M isn't it...
