SEC in news today re. delisting 2000 pink sheet stocks that do not provide financial info.to SEC. Reuters article mentioned 3 stocks including SHLDQ. So of course SHLDQ dropped to .055 on the news.
I do not know what happened at NY hearing, although it might be postponed until today. I do not expect much other than discussion of unpaid claims.
To be clear, I do not think SHLDQ shares will combine with Transform.
The potential deal to be made is for Lampert's private ESL Holdings to combine with SHLDQ, if BK court approves his "not yet, future" buyout offer for SHLDQ, where Eddie owns a majority of shares and some debt.
BUT (big one) FIRST, Eddie must settle all the lawsuits against him re. Sears. That will take some time.
BUT (again) I do not think the BK will close soon, because SHLDQ does not have the $ to pay BK admin. claims including attorney fees.
This may still be a long time to wait to find out if SHLDQ has value or will be worthless.
If Eddie acquires SHLDQ merging with ESL, stock delisting could be corrected if they clean up delinquent reporting (since Q2 2018, I
think).
The only $ I have in this is trading gains from previous trades. So, if worthless not a real loss to me.
