All of these Javelin plays are similar.
Audited Financials are coming!!!!
Hype, hype, hype.
Definitive Agreement is coming!!!!
Hype, hype, hype.
By the time they actually do come ... months and months later ... major dilution has occurred to benefit old financial partners.
$100 says they will all be late.
Javelin Play: Focus FCCN
Since ordering a report from D&B I have recieved two alerts.
The report alerts suggest that DR Gas is on the edge, and not the merger target that it is cracked up to be.

D&B's Financial Stress Score
What is the Financial Stress Score?
How does D&B define Financial Stress?
What is the Financial Stress Scoring System?
What influences Company's Financial Stress Score?
How could the Financial Stress Score be used and for what purposes?
How can I improve my cash flow by instituting a credit policy?
What is the Financial Stress Score?
D&B's Financial Stress Score helps you predict a business's potential for failure. It is designed to predict the likelihood that a company will obtain legal relief from creditors or cease operations without paying all creditors in full over the next 12 months. The score uses the full range of D&B information, including financials, comparative financial ratios, payment trends, public filings, demographic data and more to determine the risk of doing business with your company.
How does D&B define Financial Stress?
D&B created its Financial Stress scoring system to predict the likelihood that a company will experience financial stress based on the definition that a financially stressed company is one that:
Ceased operations following assignment or bankruptcy
Ceased operations with loss to creditors
Voluntarily withdrew from business operation leaving unpaid obligations
Is in receivership, reorganization, or has made an arrangement for the benefit of creditor
Note: Voluntary discontinuance involving no loss to creditors is not defined as financially stressed.
What is the Financial Stress Scoring System?
The Financial Stress Score System classifies risk information in three ways:
A Class: The best choice for an at-a-glance risk assessment. The Class system segments the businesses in the D&B database into five distinct risk groups. The class indicates that this firm shares some of the same business and financial characteristics of other companies with this classification. It does not mean the firm will necessarily experience financial stress.
Class Scale: 1 to 5: (1 = Lowest Risk, 5 = highest risk)
A Percentile: A granular view providing a more specific classification of risk. The percentile shows you where a company falls among businesses in the D&B information base, and is most effectively used to rank order a portfolio from highest to lowest risk of business failure.
Percentile Scale: 1 to 100: (1 = Highest Risk, 100 = Lowest risk)
A Score: The most granular view providing a more specific classification of risk. The score provides a direct relationship between the score and the level of risk and enables more granular cutoffs typically used in a more automated decision-making process.
Score Scale: 1,001 to 1,875: (1,001 = Highest Risk, 1,875 = Lowest risk)
Financial Stress Class % of businesses within this Financial Stress Class Financial Stress Percentile Financial Stress Score
1 80% 21-100 1,377-1,875
2 10% 11-20 1,353-1,376
3 6% 5-10 1,303-1,352
4 3% 2-4 1,225-1,302
5 1% 1 1,001-1,224
What does it mean if a stress score is "Zero?" Financial Stress scores are not calculated for those businesses designated as "Discontinued at This Location," "Open Bankruptcy" or "Higher Risk ". These records are automatically assigned a score of zero (0).
What influences a company's Financial Stress Score?
A company's Financial Stress Score reflects past payment performance, demographic and financial information, and outstanding suits and liens.
Here are some business attributes that are correlated with poor Financial Stress Scores:
Payment Behavior
Greater proportion of slow or negative payment experiences.
Lower PAYDEX scores.
Fewer satisfactory payment experiences.
More late payments collected from customers
Demographics
Greater prevalence of business or management problems.
Fewer years in business.
Small employee base size.
Fewer customers that own their premises
Industry
Public Records
Larger percentage of suits, liens and judgments
Financials
Low receivables, payables and cash.
Poor current liabilities, current assets, working capital.
Negative or low net worth
How could the Financial Stress Score be used and for what purposes?
Potential business partners, banks and other financial institutions use the Financial Stress Score for various risk based decisions including:
Determining whether a company has the financial resources to handle an increased credit line.
Assessing whether a company will be around for the long term (as a customer or supplier).
Developing risk-based pricing requirements such as:
Interest rates
Insurance premiums
Credit limits and payment terms
Discounts
How can I improve my cash flow by instituting a credit policy?
Many companies use credit policies to make decisions that will help them minimize the risks of doing business with other companies. Typically, credit policies are used as a set of guidelines for how a company should work with its customers and suppliers based on credit information. By using D&B information as part of a credit policy, you can:
Determine whether to extend credit terms or demand cash on delivery when providing goods or services to customers.
Choose reliable suppliers who are trustworthy and in good standing.
Evaluate and select customers according to their payment history when there is limited capacity to serve customers.
Focus sales and marketing resources on the most attractive prospects.
Creating a credit policy is as simple as building a step into your current processes for making credit decisions. For example, you can use D&B scores (like the Financial Stress Score) as a benchmark or limit.

Tiki ... we and Cindy were all trying to warn them about Javelin.
That is why this board is such a good idea and I thank Golden for it.
I knew that was how it would turn out. Like I said months ago a profitable company doesn't enter the market in a diluting pig like FCCN and actually get a loan from the diluting pig.
Sad for all that fell for the story though.
Big problem ... Aero turned out to be a rinky dink little company with $450k in sales and losses of over $2.5 million for the first six months of this year.
lol! I knew they were all along, but wow the pps really took a nose dive. What happen to the life changer post merger?
Its a Peacock play. They are diluting. LOL
FCCN/ AVWI/ CLXN/ GRXI 10QSBs due Wednesday. EOM
Wow what happen to FCCN? I haven't been following it and see the pps is at .004.
Yes it is called the Peacock2007! It can print shares from multiple companies simultaneously at very high speeds!
Yea, saw it on sale also at www.gaggedta.com
I heard the new electronic printing press called the Javelin Butt Raper 2000 just went on sale this morning.
Maybe they just got a new printing press and they're giving it a try for the first time?
Did a new model come out or something?
Why all the dumping today on Javelin stocks? Something is a brewing people.

AVWI -23%
CLXN -28%

ajcmstocks,
I have a feeling in the coming weeks Rusty along with everyone else will be learning some very interesting things regarding FCCN/Aero, and more specifically, Javelin Advisory Group. If you can PM, drop me your email, since I can't PM you till Happy Hour. Thanks!
IMO/FWIW
Only if Rusty knew "what" was going on when he was taping that commercial... I bet he wouldn't have agreed to do it...
Derbenski,
Checkum yer mailum.
Did you notice the post today by roger wilco about a Rusty Wallace Aero commercial? That's the first I've heard of it, how about you?
Any thoughts on the commercial?
IMO/FWIW
This won't last long on the FCCN board, so I repost it here.
I agree. Aero was going down, burdened with debt and most likely having problems raising the funds to meet its commitments.
What irks me is that Javelin knew this fact.
And Javelin chose not to disclose the true financial condition of Aero.
Javelin and Aero chose to drag out this merger for a LONG time.
In the meantime GGI was able to dilute like crazy to the detriment of the shareholders.
Javelin pulled a nasty on the shareholders.
imo
Derb,
Good sleuthing! They are related, not the same people with a typo. I suspected the same until my research found otherwise. You're hot on the trail. Do a little research on the last name...the connection you find, if you find what I have so far, is stunning. Ask yourself, why would you need so many companies to do the exact same thing? Also remember what some have said..."If you understand the players, you understand the game."
IMO/FWIW
I have already made half of what I lost in FCCN back in another stock by cutting my losses with FCCN and reinvesting that money in another stock and it is still climbing. I don't think I'll try my luck with FCCN again. Good Luck!
You are correct, FCCN does have alot of info coming this week.... you might want to keep one eye on it..imo
Exactly. Thats what I said! Sorry but I dont think it is worth my while to hold a stock only hoping to get back to somewhere close to breaking even when I can cut my losses and invest in another stock instead of holding dead money. Everyone on FCCN says to buy buy buy more but that is hard after you have already been burned once. The PR 3 hours before the 8k release should have been the first clue to run away. Thats how you learn I guess. GLTA!
No, I have access to common sense...
Is Andrew a he/she also going by the name of Andrea? Oh god save me I have been banned from FCCN for the last time and I shall not return! I have seen the light! AMEN!

Andrew was working for Javelin long before he set up Gemini. Perhaps so that there seemed some form of independance from Javelin?
Derb
So you're saying you have access to his account?
It looks like a foot race for Javelin and company! LOL!
Derbenski,
I'd like to take some time to focus on the rather large coincidences regarding Javelin, and the companies they assist.
It appears that every one of them is connected with Andrew Beyer.
It also appears that Beyer has a connection with Equitrend Advisors.
It further appears that Beyer is connected with Gemini Communications.
But there are some other connections that are surfacing, connections that I am shy to reveal just yet, because I am verifying all of the DD.
I can tell you this...if verified, it's a "healthy" connection, and in the end, the old phrase "It's a marathon, not a sprint" might not apply.
I believe if you do your research, you will find the same things I am finding. Since I do not have PM capabilities, I'll ask that if you would like me to contact you, drop me your email in a PM during Friday Happy Hour here (4-5pm EST) and I'll be glad to "compare notes."
I'm not about to state something I'm not 100% sure of. I am only going to say that the pieces are starting to fit together, and not in a good way for Javelin.
IMO/FWIW
Maybe it was Dr. Gas?
"In the summer of 1995 Dema Elgin told me he had heard of a guy who was working on exhaust systems and was responsible for the strange-sounding exhaust on the NASCAR® Winston Cup car driven by Sterling Marlin and owned by Morgan-McClure racing."
"Boyd put some ads in Circle Track magazine and Mark Giles, exhaust system fabricator for Morgan-McClure Racing, called with some questions."
"That next Saturday night I was watching Daytona 500 qualifying on ESPN, and there was Benny Parsons and the other announcers talking about the weird-sounding number-4 car. I guess it worked. Sterling won his qualifying race and won the 500.
"After that I got calls from all the teams, but Larry McClure said he wanted an exclusive deal for that season. That turned out to be a blessing. I got paid some money, and it gave me time to develop the concept without a lot of pressure."
http://www.drgas.com/articles/art_paulhaney.php
"We are pleased to extend our relationship with Morgan-McClure Motorsports with an associate sponsorship of No. 4 car for the 2007 season," said Bryan Hunsaker, CEO of Aero Exhaust, Inc. "They have been a great partner, and we think the world of that team. We are very appreciative and excited about State Water Heaters sponsorship of the No. 4, and believe with their support, Morgan-McClure Motorsports will have the type of season they have been looking for."
Aero had that crappy deal with Morgan McClure, does DR GAS! have one as well?
Derb
I had a friend send me this link.
Awesome video about American Heroes.
Somewhere along the line ... someone sold Aero with the idea that advertising with Nascar was the way to go.
So they sponsored a car and hired Rusty.
Obviously ... being a little company .. they did not have the staying power it takes to be involved in Nascar.
It was a very expensive lesson for Aero.
It is also the reason that the Miller Trust sued and was named on the patent as an assignee.
TruckerChris,
" Also, if FCCN or Aero can break .10 with solid profits without dilution, I will return and ride it up from there."
If the above situation does happen, I believe you'll be able to make good money going up, even at .10.
IMO/FWIW
TruckerChris
"I think AERO had great potential, until it became involved with FCCN."
I agree, Performance product manufacturers can do well if the product does what it was advertised to do, I do not think the Aero Product lives up to its advertisements right now but that does not mean they could not build on that product and make it better, but now with the Peacock involved it seems the focus is selling shares instead of providing a good product, its almost as if the Aero folks were giving up and this is a farewell party in which they are cashing in on as they exit.
I don't think Rusty Wallace has any idea what is going on here but my guess is that once he finds out you wont see his name along side anymore Aero products.
I just had to respond to this post. I can say that so called Bashers that talk bad of a stock with no proof or facts to back up their claims are in it, I believe with alterior motives. Having said that, this board has not bashed any Javelin play. It has presented many, many, many facts and past events concerning certain CEO's and CFO's. These facts do not speak kindly to past performance. So one can only judge based on past performance, what future performance holds with these Javelin plays. I think AERO had great potential, until it became involved with FCCN.
Looking ahead, I wil never forget my experience with this stock. Also, if FCCN or Aero can break .10 with solid profits without dilution, I will return and ride it up from there. But, if everything about javelin is true and I were to keep putting money in this stock; I will have lost more money than I already have lost on this stock.
Only time will tell.
CJV
EarnestDD,
There are many illegal things that go on within the internet, especially on internet stock message boards.
How would you feel if you found out that the head of a hypothetical IR firm, which covered many companies, actually was tied in to companies in another hypothetical IR firm, and had an alias on a message board (or more) without disclosing the connection?
We've seen many weird things, and I think that all of these companies that have been found to have the same "headquarters location"-that of the IR firm-is pretty odd. But there's more out there to know IMO...much more.
I guess we'll all have to stay tuned.
And do plenty of research.
Forewarned is Forearmed. Gonna have a "healthy snack" and head to bed.
IMO/FWIW :)
Because its ... ILLEGAL.
we will see.........
Does your wife know you're throwing HER paychecks into POS pinky companies?
No you're not... I guarantee you're not...
EXACTLY! But as time drew nearer, and more "logical/real" DD was presented, the story was slowly transformed to try and fit the circumstances... right before the 8k was released, the story had gradually gone from "AERO is worth at least $20 million" to "I hope AERO is small so growth can be explosive"...
You are right, if I got a nickel for everytime I heard, "you will see", I'd be riiich!
People have been telling me that "You will see" ever since January 2006.
Aero is huge.
Aero has profits.
Aero is great.
You will see.
And with the final closing of Aero ... and release of the 8k ... we all SAW.
That is all you say, and ever since you have been saying that the PPS has tanked...
dcj
"All AERO's new distribitor's added TONS of sales
last quarter!!"
Pure speculation, have you called any of the Aero distributors? I recommend that you do because I think you will find a different story than the one you are telling here.
No Evidence has been presented to support your claim of huge sales numbers, make those phone calls and see for yourself, it's not the muffler of choice for the distributors that I called.
I am betting sales numbers will be steadily declining but that is just my opinion, I spoke to a few distributors and if they are not impressed and not ordering product than I am sure not going to get excited or believe the claims about the aero product, those guys are the experts and they deal with the customers and sell the products and if they are recommending the competition over the phone then that tells the true story.
So you are claiming to have "inside information"?
LOL
you will see..................
Now you are just speculating that they have financing.

Scam Plays and DTC "Chilled" Stock - Beware of Both
**************************************************************************************************************
Since DTC is starting to "chill" or global lock quite a few stocks I thought it might be interesting to start gathering information on the various "chilled" stocks here. I'll be adding a list of the ones I know about in the near future. Please post information on any stocks you know of that have a DTC "chill" on them.
Not all DTC "chilled" stocks are scams, but, the end results to the long term shareholders appear to be the same.

Here's some interesting reading for those with any concerns about speaking out freely with information about scams:
From IH Geek [Dave]
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=53187425
An excerpt:
"This is an important day for freedom, and a fatal blow to those who would attempt to silence our collective rights using foreign laws as their sword.
It is our great pleasure to announce today's enactment of the SPEECH ACT, otherwise known as the "Securing the Protection of our Enduring and Established Constitutional Heritage" Act. This is important legislation, not only for websites such as as iHub but also for individuals who wish to exercise their constitutionally protected right to express their views.
The new legislation, which was signed into law today, is based on the similar laws passed by New York, Florida and other states. It prohibits enforcement of foreign libel judgments in all U.S. courts of law when the foreign laws are not as protective as American law or do not comport with U.S. principles of due process. It also requires US courts to apply the immunity provided by 47 USC 230 with regard to foreign judgments against interactive websites like iHub. And perhaps most importantly, it provides the jurisdictional authority for US courts to issue declaratory judgments in favor of the US defendants in such foreign judgments, and provides for recovery of legal costs in incurred in doing so. No longer will US citizens and business be held hostage to libel judgments obtained in countries with archaic libel laws that do not respect the constitutional and statutory protections provided by US law.
It should also be noted that this bipartisan legislation passed both the House and the Senate unanimously. That speaks strongly to the will of Congress and the American people; in this age there are scant few matters before the Congress that would garner unanimous support.
Our thanks and congratulations go to Congressman Steve Cohen for originally proposing this legislation, and to Dr. Rachel Ehrenfeld who spearheaded support for the legislation. We also acknowledge the members of both parties in the Judiciary Committees of the House and Senate for getting the legislation right and getting it enacted without opposition.
We recognize and congratulate those of you who have held your ground in the face of intimidation from foreign operators."

Here's an example of the type of scam stock I'd like to see listed here:

Dirty shell is an understatement here:
If you go to the State of Nevada you will see their corporate status has been revoked:

Pinksheets has them as Caveat Emptor
EYII closed it's doors on April 2, 2009. Website came down and nobody heard from the company again. A number of reps are now trying to file a class action lawsuit against the company. They stopped paying reps after this point. In the weeks and months leading up to April 2009, they had begun putting caps on distributor checks. After this time, the patent holder/inventor of Calorad took his product to ASANTAE, inc to allow them to distribute. EYII never owned Calorad or the rights to distribute it. Try googling for EYII distributors, and you will not find a single one that is active. There are a few that have moved onto other MLM companies, and have maintained their old telephone numbers, but they will tell you that EYII went out of business last year. Evidently, the story is that 2 people embezzeled or defrauded the company of all their cash and they went belly up. They left all their reps high and dry and even wiped out their downlines of customers, because they took down the website and they were not able to access their downlines.
