If I was Dr. Gas ... I wouldnt want to merge into this mess either for anything but Cash.
That is just smart on Dr. Gas' part.

But where does Aero get the money for the Cash Settlement with Dr. Gas?
With few assets and the stock price at $0.005 ... more dilution??
