I agree. Aero was going down, burdened with debt and most likely having problems raising the funds to meet its commitments. What irks me is that Javelin knew this fact. And Javelin chose not to disclose the true financial condition of Aero. Javelin and Aero chose to drag out this merger for a LONG time. In the meantime GGI was able to dilute like crazy to the detriment of the shareholders. Javelin pulled a nasty on the shareholders. imo
