The company is currently a shell that has 1.2 ml in assets, it is not doing any business and has no income or expenses other than maintaining a shell status. This shell has been used as a P/D, the major shareholder and the person who related this information to me is the registered agent for the company in the state of Utah. He told me he turned that person into the SEC for investigation. One can only assume who that person would be.....
