Here is a hint: The Schneidman/Issod Family Trust, a trust for the family of the
controlling shareholders of S.H. Resources, has purchased seventy-five
percent (75%) of the membership interests in Greer Piedmont Parcel C,
LLC for an undisclosed sum consisting of cash. The remaining
twenty-five percent (25%) interest will continue to be held by MCT
Inc., which previously held such interest indirectly through
Greer/Piedmont Joint Venture.

Parcel C was transferred by Greer/Piedmont Joint Venture, in which S.H. Resources holds an indirect one-third interest, to Greer Piedmont Parcel C, LLC.

GREER PIEDMONT JOINT VENTURE is a Lessors of Nonresidential Buildings (except Miniwarehouses) company located in Beverly Hills, California.

Here's some info on the 'famous' Parcel C not on the board or posted as 'solid DD'.

GREER, S.C. -- S.H. Resources and Development Corporation announces that "Parcel C," the one portion of the Piedmont Plaza Shopping Center that was not sold to Passco Greer Piedmont, LLC in a transaction announced last week, has now been sold. Parcel C, located at 1326 W. Wade Hampton Blvd, Greer, SC 29650, is occupied by a building in which The National Bank of South Carolina is a long-term tenant.

What is 'Parcel C' exactly ?

Zoom in, it is a strip mall in Greer SC, the free standing building up in the front is Parcel C. The old bank building. Maybe 2000 sq ft total and parks maybe 12 cars.

This is the big investment they purchased 75% of in America ?? lol.
