I never said you were part of the BOD, I just said you lent your name to a testimonial on a letter that asks for money! Out of all those many happy customers you say are using RXPC, it seems odd that you are the ONE he asked for an endorsement!
As for this fixation you have about the money I give my Mother, at least I can afford to take care of my parents and don't have to go hat in hand to a discount web site for meds! I gave her a six figure dispersement for a new roof for her beach house this week, and much more for restoration of our NYC apartment! I give her allowance clown, not the other way around! So who gives you your allowance, some Boss at your job, maybe your wife, we all get money from someone, I am proud mine comes from family!
This right here is another one of your LIES. Peter is now asking for more money, and you put your name in that letter asking for more money. I gave permission to include a testimonial but I NEVER asked for a penny. How clueless can you be when you can't comprehend the difference between a shareholder and the company. I have stated many times but will do so for you one last time, and even in bold so that may help get it thru. I have never been on the BOD, never been in a management position, and never been responsible for the operation of this company!
I have been an active shareholder and moderator of this board. My family has used the company services and benefited greatly. I tend to support things I am involved with and RXPC Inc is no different since I am a SHAREHOLDER. You can damn Peter, RXPC Inc., and myself all that you want, but as long as things are moving the direction they are, I will support this company. Now ask Mommy nicely to raise your allowance so you can afford to play somewhere else, LOL.
Well said. And the other thing is , you can't trade it. Now , after Peter has made it so anyone who owns stock can't get out of it, he is putting out ridiculous pr's like last week. That was one of the dumbest ones I have read. With his track record, the chances of Peter getting any money is next to nothing. Jr can keep dreaming though. Glty. Woof.
And this: You stated in your letter to shareholders about your letter of intent to list on the NASDAQ and stated the need for $130,000 by May 15th, 2008. Did you meet that deadline?
Peter Fiorillo:
Could you share some 2008 numbers with the board. Numbers like how many employees you have, how many customers have signed up, how many prescriptions have been filled through RXPC, dollar volume and profit?
What lies have I told? Here are the facts:
We were a trading stock, now we are not.
No one knows how RXPC is doing from a business stand point.
Peter is now asking for more money, and you put your name in that letter asking for more money.
You are mixed up, I support my Mother, I control the family money.
If I am a fool, so are you cause...well you are here too! LOL
You should be a politician. Lie, spin, twist, whatever it takes to make you sound correct. The facts are Peter asked me if he could include that and I said yes. We have talked by phone about once a week as I like to keep up on my investment. Much more productive than arguing with FOOLS on a message board that only have lies and conjecture to go on. You fail to look at Facts and continue to post bitterness at spending away your Mother's money.
You put your testimonial in Peters letter to shareholders, did that just happen by accident? I would love to have been their when the two of you talked about it! Your not a pumper? LOL
I am a shareholder in RXPC, not a representative of this company. I never offered you or anyone anything here bud as I do not and have not ever represented this company. You continue to twist anything you can without any FACTS. And just when I thought you couldn't post anything more FOOLISH, you call me a pumper. LOLOL, in case you missed it, we aren't trading so how can it be pumped??? Now step away from the computer and try to do something good for someone.
My MO is usually positive on the stocks I invest in, this is the only one that I am critical of. Bottom line here is this stock was run down by Peter, and is not trading. That is a fact, and your pumping this as a noble effort will not bring it back to life. You praise the cause, but never offer any proof that RXPC is successful at selling drugs. Peter is asking for more money with NO proof at all that RXPC is building any kind of business. No investor should have to call this dope. Even if he sent proof in that stupid letter, that might help. All you and he offer is the promise that some day, if we give more money, we will trade again. I DON"T TRUST YOU OR PETER and no one should after what has happened!
Guess I found your button! LOL
Yes, that's the one I was talking about. Funny how he was offering us that while at the same time he knew the company was out of money and doomed. I guess we are supposed to forget all that and fork over more money for his "noble cause", LOL.
Or maybe he will simply actually give out the last dividend, the one he took back?
LOL. Maybe Peter will offer another stock dividend! Then you will have more non deductible charity paper to wipe with. But at least you will be helping the under insured....I guess.
I had no idea that rxpc would turn out to be a non tax deductible charity when I bought in.
Complete with a PR praising Walmart, wow, beyond weird!
What I am doing is making a public record so new investors don't get suckered! Calling a lier to ask about his company makes no sense he will just lie. If he has relevant info on the performance of the company he would make it public. He hides his information so he can get more money! I have ZERO facts cause Peter will not give them. You seem to lack the skill to understand why I invested. I really don't care about "the Noble cause" you refer to. I liked the business model, and felt it had merit, but my main goal with RXPC was to sell at a higher PPS, not solve the countries Prescription Drug problem, get it! I did not come here for a crusade. I love the way you run away when I ask hard questions like why not post some actual sales figures instead of just saying what a Noble cause this is or trying to play class envy! And yes, I love controversy, I will not shrink from a battle when I know I am right! LOL
I've posted enough with you. Evidently all you like is controversy but I have better things to do. The FACT my family ordered and received their scrips is much better news than we had last year. I agree that anyone putting more money into this deserves to know the answers to many questions but you have ZERO FACTS as to what anyone received for their money. All you do is complain on a message board, never having taken the time to make a TOLL FREE phone call and ask for those answers.
The company is asking for money and you say we will get to the point where everything is known? They should get to the point where everything is known, then ask for money! They are open for business, but you or Peter who rave about how much RXPC is helping, can not even tell us how many people have bought products? Maybe your 2 family members are the only ones who have bought drugs on RXPC.
Ocean, If you think I don't want all the answers you are crazy, but this was an UNREPORTING company when I bought it. I bought on the potential I saw from all the DD I and others had done. When we get to the point where everything becomes known, I will be very happy regardless of the FACTS. That said, to discredit everything that has been done to date, as you continue to do is ludicrous, IMO. The company is open for business as experienced by 2 of my family members who have saved significantly and received their orders. Still much DD before victory is declared but at least RXPC Inc is headed in the right direction.
Well, opinions are like as***les, everyone has one! LOL. I am not sure how you interpret that I feel only my opinion should be allowed. I think that is just a problem with the way you think and not fact. If the company is so "Noble", then why do we never hear any business related facts, like sales figures, and financials, and what profits are being made, how many people visit the Web Page, and so on? If things are so great, then why not put information like that out? Sorry to distract from your saving the U.S. population, but as an investor that information would be nice.
It would depend on the DD available. Now, you keep acting like you have all the answers please explain the following. You claim RXPC is a terrible investment, yet it isn't even trading. Does it not become more valuable to all shareholders once it is??? Does the FACT that anyone can order prescription drugs and receive them now not further along than we have ever been! Are there not millions of American's who could use a service like this??? The company's mission is noble, the idea is innovative, and more and more American's are getting their benefits cut further daily. Looks to me like we have a chance. Your problem is you don't think anyone other than you is allowed an opinion.
You keep harping on the gated community thing Jr, not me! Bottom line is Peter ran the PPS into the ground and THIS company is not trading. It does not matter what happened to other companies stocks, except I think Microsoft is still trading, is it not? last thought then I'm done playing in the gutter with you, if Bear Stearns sent you a letter asking to invest as Peter has, would you send them money?
Ocean, I also live in a gated community, and it doesn't mean anything. Try getting off your high horse, the view might just surprise you. This "poorly run disaster" is saving customers money and is moving forward. As for "shifting" blame, that is a just another poor attempt by you to twist the FACTS. I hold Mr Fiorillo accountable for running this company and have stated many times on this board that mistakes have been made, some bigger than others. What I find funny tho is YOU expect a start-up to run perfectly, which is INSANE. Microsoft has screwed up many projects, made many poor business decisions, etc, and yet they are a multi-billion dollar company. Bear Stearns basically went belly-up, and look at all the high dollar talent they had "poorly running" that "disaster"! Yet, RXPC Inc is in business, serving clients and doing its best to get back to a public venue to better serve its shareholders. You can complain all you want, but there are many of us that have known from the beginning what we owned here.
One more bit of info for you. We do not call them, nor are they, servants. We call them management staff, and the management company we employ takes care of their health insurance. I might also point out that without the job we provide, they would have no health care insurance, or income for that matter!
WOW! Bitter much. My mother does not support me, and I am proud of my families success, we worked very hard to get to that gated community. Back to the real issue, I have many good things to say, but not about this poorly run disaster! Your effort to shift blame away from Peter and the treatment of these shareholders is weak and sad. BTW, anyone can live in a gated community, but with your attitude I dought you could, and yes it is good to be me! LOL
Cry me an ocean, nothing good to say about anything or anybody. Must be nice to be you, sitting in judgment of all mankind. At least some people try to do good. Either you are part of the solution or part of the problem and I haven't seen any answers of merit from you. Not everyone can live in a gated community and have a rich Mother that takes care of them financially. Most Americans are in a daily struggle for survival and I am glad to own a part of a company that is actually able to help them. Maybe some of your servants could use a discount on their meds or do you provide them all with full benefits???
How did you like jrdig's testimonial in the letter? Make you want to give up more money? LOL
Misrepresented??? A scam????? You want to hang the guy for trying to build a business, I guess that is your opinion but I don't see it that way at all. We are further along now than at any time and strides are being made to get back to trading, which will allow you to recoup some or all of your money if you desire. The funny part about posters like you is you bought into this company but yet most likely have not done ANYTHING to help it succeed. You thought you'd turn $200 into $10,000 without doing anything. Good luck with that plan.
I'm glad he's helping your parents out. Honestly, that's great.
And yeah it's only $200, but it's still $200- and it's more about the principle of the matter. I bought it as in investor (Inasmuch as anyone actually invests in a pinksheet- I realize that 90%+ companies in pinks are scams- this one included). If I wanted to donate it to a cause, then I would have written a check out to ASPCA, OXFAM or to whom or whatever.
I really don't care how gutsy he is- the bigger point is that he misrepresented his intentions to shareholders. And yes, I know it's a pink.
A couple hundred bucks??? and you are whining???? I think you misunderstand a penny stock investment to say the least. When you bought this company it was an UNREPORTING UNSOLICITED PINK SHEET COMPANY, the riskiest of the risky. It was not Wal-Greens, CVS, or anything of the like. Say what you want about Mr Fiorillo as a CEO, but you can't deny he has had the GUTS to at least try and make a difference. I have met him and his family, and he is not some rich kid with deep pockets, just a common man with the vision to build a company that will benefit many. It has been built on a very tight budget, and the FACT that we are in BUSINESS and actually affecting change for consumers tells me your $200 bucks was well spent.
BTW, how hard up can one get when they need a $200 deduction??????????? And yes, he is saving consumers money, and if you want to PM me your phone number, I'd be glad to have my parents call you and let you know what a $1,000 savings means to them.
Is there a way to make it so people who don't pay can post?
I really just wanna say I was really insulted by Fiorillo's letter that was soliciting new investors. He wrote it with total disregard for existing shareholders. It's really hard to argue right now that he's acting as a responsible CEO. Maybe he's saving some people some money on medication, but it's impossible to defend him as a business man.
I mean I kind of laughed it off when he sent me that hand written stock certificate; I'm in the process of trying to figure out how I can get my broker to declare it worthless so I can write it off as a deduction this year. I'm not really bitter- I only had a couple hundred bucks in this thing, but it's just the principal of the matter.
All right jr, you have convinced me. This company will make us all millionares. I am going to buy some today. Oops, never mind. Lol. Woof.
Uh buddy, bought copi at around a penny and sold most of it around 7-8 cents. I even told you about that one. Wow. Woof.
Who are you Warren Buffet???? LOL. Your track record on picking winners leads me to believe WOOF is as good as it gets with you. I haven't seen you ever pick 1 that has done anything while RXProcessing was about a 10 bagger last year. You keep posting and RXPC Inc just keeps on taking orders, we will see who is right very soon.
It was a joke. His usual rambling about nothing. Good for a laugh I guess. Glty. Woof.
Yeah, keep telling yourself how great you are going to come out. Not gonna happen. Woof.
You guys amaze me. You say calling the company is not valid info but buy other stocks based on PRs from other companies and they are covered by "forward looking statements". How about checking out the prices of drugs compared to Wal-Mart and other suppliers??? As I have posted, my brother-in-law paid $7.50 for a 90 day supply of Niacin and Wal-Mart wanted $67.50 for a 1 month supply. He received his order and was very pleased at saving $200 in his wallet. DD is much more than just talking to the company, but that is where it starts, IMO. If they back up what they say or at least show proof that they are working in that direction, that builds faith. Peter has missed goals he has told me about but he has persevered to this point, has gotten the company doing business, is working on a public vehicle, and I believe we will be trading soon. I don't understand why anyone would root against a company down here, especially when it has the ability to save yourself, your family, and your friends and neighbors hundreds to thousands of $$$$ a year.
Why call and be lied too? I am looking for action. If he has funding why the letter asking for money? Actions speak louder than words.
DD? Where does one get verifiable information on RXPC. Your not suggesting that calling the company is the place to get accurate and unbiased information, are you?
Have you called the company???? You have no idea what he is asking for right now if you haven't. I'm hearing we have funding and moving forward very soon. Why not do some DD instead of all your posts about NOTHING butt your opinion????
The problem is, he is asking for more money! That is not complaining about the past, that is a current issue!
Interesting that that PR "had nothing good to say"!
Suckered in by giving him the additional money he is asking for in that insulting letter he mailed out!
Can you read??? You said I lost my butt and now it is my brother-in-law??? Thanks for the laugh. My brother-in-law won't need to be covered as he is still a large shareholder and this company will be trading soon. RXPC Inc is in business, not a pipe dream like most of these plays. As for your other statement how you win more than you loose, seems that phone conversation we had you mentioned how BAD you had been doing. You just keep revising history as we go along. Probably what vexes you most is you still hold all that bad paper and none of this company. Better luck next time. WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOF!
Hey buddy, you told me on the phone you would probably have to cover your brother in laws loss which was huge,. You got killed here. Woof.
I know you lost tons here. That is one of the most ridiculous comments I have ever read. You have ZERO clue on how much I invested here, when I traded it or how I traded it. It certainly didn't get me early retirement but if you care to do some DD, you will see I bought most of my stock here when we were at about .015 and ended up with a very low cost basis. We ran to .12, and while I didn't sell there, you have no CLUE what went on with my account. Again, you just keep barking up the wrong tree. WOOOOOOOOF, WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOF!!!!
Any time a company can use a name brand like a Wal-Mart, it is a good thing, imo. Lower drug prices for all Americans is the way we should be heading and RXPC is helping in that regard. I don't care what people may think about Peter, it is what is best for your wallet that counts. I have posted that my family has enjoyed great savings on 2 orders, but they are also using Wal-Mart for their $4 scrips. It is a Win-Win for the consumer and RXPC Inc is able to profit on the transaction.
RXPC Inc. is actually further along than ever before imo and we may just be trading again soon. I've talked to Peter several times recently and he seems to be doing everything possible to get us trading again. Rather than complain and moan about what happened with RX Processing, how about looking at where we're at now and the fact we could be trading again very soon. Have any of you actually looked at our drug prices? I thought the same thing about the Wal-mart PR initially but then on the other hand, new investors/clients may actually find RXPC Inc through that and look into it. I know RXPC Inc is getting noticed as even friends in my town have come across the company while searching for cheap online drugs.
Yeah you are right. Just had to laugh at the pr. Written in typical Peter style. Glty. Woof.
"but don't want other people to get suckered here". You mean by wasting a minute of their life reading a pr. Last i looked other than buying from http://rxpcinc.com/, no one could get in here who are not already. We can save those arguments for when the stock is quoted on an axchange again. But thats just my opinion.
In these economic times, many companies have went under or are on the verge. RXPC was an unreporting company, not even a Pink. It's mission was sound but unfortunately the funding was not enough. Diluting the company to billions of shares and then R/S ing the shareholders to bring the SS back into a decent range was never an option. At this point RXPC Inc is a private entity. The CEO, Peter Fiorillo, feels an obligation to his shareholders and will continue to strive to bring value to them. No one knows the future, and while HOPE is never and investment strategy, that is what we have here. Best of luck to all RXPC shareholders in the tough times we face ahead.
