I'm glad he's helping your parents out. Honestly, that's great.

And yeah it's only $200, but it's still $200- and it's more about the principle of the matter. I bought it as in investor (Inasmuch as anyone actually invests in a pinksheet- I realize that 90%+ companies in pinks are scams- this one included). If I wanted to donate it to a cause, then I would have written a check out to ASPCA, OXFAM or to whom or whatever.

I really don't care how gutsy he is- the bigger point is that he misrepresented his intentions to shareholders. And yes, I know it's a pink.
