Yep don't win them all, by the way found out about wrnw from you and your trailer on your posts on rxpc. I know you lost tons here. Overall, won way more than I have lost. Just don't want people buying into Peter's bs. That was one of the most ridiculous pr's I have read from a company. Like I said, if you want to continue to buy into his nonsense fine, but don't want other people to get suckered here. Imo. Woof.
I was taught as a young boy that if you don't have anything good to say, you should just keep your mouth shut. Might want to consider that or at least look at your history on this board. You seem to have all the answers here but in many of the other investments???? you have been in, (CKYS, WRNW, and on and on where you have been murdered), you left them alone. Makes ZERO sense to me, but it is a FREE country. You bragged on the CKYS board how you were buying millions, right up to the moment where the CEO was hauled off by the FBI in cuffs. Peter is OPEN for business and will be back in a public vehicle SOON! Meanwhile, the CKYS CEO won't even be in public, WOOOOOOOOOOOOOF!!!
Wow, Peter is living in the twilight zone. Lol. Woof.

RxPC, Inc. Acknowledges Wal-Marts' Support of the Under and Uninsured With Low Cost Generic Medications
TAMPA, Fla., May 13, 2008 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- RxPC, Inc., a recognized innovator/advocate for affordable prescription medication recognizes Wal-Marts $10/90 day supply for low cost generics as great news. This welcomed addition to all direct to consumer health care companies is quickly endearing under and uninsured citizens to the retailers servicing the pharmaceutical industries products.
The 1.8 million Wal-Mart employees worldwide providing access to affordable health care beginning May 5, 2008 is powerful. RxPC, Inc. views this action as impactful and all we can ask from staple U.S. backed asset corporations. The sustained pressure from the direct to consumer companies like RxPC, Inc., and others, will continue to keep the pressure on retailers to ensure the pricing is sustained as they have their own challenges to solve.
RxPC, Inc.'s direction of servicing U.S. citizens through 90 day mail-order supply with access through low cost points of sale, publically paid a huge dividend today as reputable U.S. companies are implementing this and other comprehensive strategies to service the under and uninsured. Our years of seeding others with credible knowledge to encourage a model that cements access to the under and uninsured is growing, as we continue working for our parents, grandparents, friends and neighbors, providing hope with independence to those in need of access.
Peter Fiorillo commented, "The major retailers actions prove beyond a reasonable doubt when U.S. corporations and the government works together we can achieve and create a mutually sustainable architecture for access to affordable health care. We are expanding the direct to consumer market by competitively pricing brand and generic medications, as we bind a national pricing structure. I declare a victory for U.S. citizens today as they have better access to a significant amount of life saving medications backed by the U.S. Government for immediate distribution. We can win the health care wars as more companies and groups in the United States accept the shared responsibility and liability, as shown though the leadership of the 1.8 million Wal-Mart employees endeared to a common cause, 'the under and uninsured,' God Bless America."
RxPC provides access to pharmaceutical medications and laboratory tests online and through licensed mail-order pharmaceutical facilities and CLIA-approved patient service centers. Our scalable ordering solution of brand-name and generic medications is right for Individuals, Corporations, Unions, or any citizen organization in the United States. The complimented offering are supported by access to over 1,000 preventative lab tests, with access to 4,000+ CLIA-approved patient service centers for lab testing. RxPC, Inc. estimates that more than 151 million United States citizens would benefit from these company programs.

Wrong again. My servants do the fishing. I'm too busy wasting my time online, LOL. Enjoy your evening and good luck next week.
Oh I see, you need help affording drugs, cause you spend all your time fishing instead of working toward building wealth! LOL
"Give a man the opportunity to save on his prescription drugs, and he can afford more time to fish." Now he is healthy and well fed, a true Win-Win!
"Give a man a fish and he will eat for a day. Teach him how to fish and he will eat for a lifetime."
If BS were music, you'd be an orchestra. You claim to be RICH, and yet you CRY over PENNIES, ROFL. The majority of rich people I know wouldn't waste their time on a message board, let alone risk more than they could afford to lose. Maybe you should ask your RICH mother to increase your allowance. Then you could play the big boards where there is NO risk, like Bear Stearns.
Nice try at a cheap shot with my parents, but what you don't get, is most RICH people would jump at saving $1k a year whether it was on prescriptions or landscaping. You really seem bitter and I feel for you, maybe a good prescription would help.
Not surprised you missed my point! I have helped many people start their own business, and by doing so allowed them to help themselves! I have also employed many people so they have money to live on! Rich people (who live in gated community's) create jobs, not poor people. The proof is there for all to see, we are not a traded company, that is the bottom line. I am not taking swipes, just pointing out facts that you refuse to except. Mr. Fiorillo has no credibility, so it is not on the line. Now please excuse me, I am going to our exclusive club for brunch with my wealthy Mother who became rich through hard work, and therefor does not need Peter's help with her Med bills! LOL
From a guy who admits doing NOTHING for his fellow man, no surprise in you seeing no good in others. You can rant against this CEO all you want but his ineptitude will allow my parents to save around $1k this year. May not be much to you and your rich friends in your gated community, but to average Americans, that is not chump change. Last I heard, the company doesn't need your money and is moving forward nicely. And YES, if you cared to call the company instead of just taking swipes at it on a message board, you might have a CLUE what is actually going on. Mr Fiorillo knows his credibility is on the line, and while you continue to criticize, maybe your time would be better spent doing some actual DD. Happy MOTHER's DAY.
The reason we have no idea what's going on is because Peter will not tell us! All we get are platitudes about how wonderful he is and how he is saving the world. I am not a "you guys"! I am one investor who has watched a very inept CEO run a stock into the ground, and is now asking for more money. As far as what I have done to make others lives easier, nothing! I have however provided an environment where people can make their own lives easier, that is their responsibility not mine.Somehow your little testimonial in Peter's letter just was not enough to get me to give any more money to this incompetent CEO!
You guys crack me up. You have absolutely ZERO idea what is going on and yet you continue to type, LOL. Since you have all the answers, please let me know when you think(using the term loosely here) it will be trading again?? One last question, what have you done for others that would make their lives easier? At last Mr Fiorillo has put himself and his shareholders in a position to aide those who need an alternative to the high priced prescription drugs, and profit from it. That is called a Win-Win situation.
Are they going to tell him the stock can be traded? LOL
You always want answers but refuse to even make a toll free call, LOL. Call the company, 1-888-263-8147. It's a FREE call and you might just learn a thing or 2.
Say? Tell us how much you think RXPC makes from reselling those scripts at those prices? Also have you actually looked at the listing requirements for the NASDAQ that Peter claims he will be listed on by years end? No way ever!!! Also how many ppl besides yourself have taken advantage of RXPC's cheap prices? I know you would not be privy to that so just a wild guess will do.
Sounds good, what can I buy some shares for now. Oops, never mind. Woof.
FACT- The company is OPEN and DOING business, as witnessed by my family. 2 orders processed and received totaling a savings of $200 on one and $235 on the other. Both were for 3 months worth of meds. BTW, the one order was for Niacin which RXPC Inc is able to sell for about $7.50(month) and Wal-Mart wanted $215(month). Diovan, my Mother's high blood pressure meds cost $36 for 3 months and Wal-Mart wanted $67.50 for 1 month. Call them yourself if you doubt my numbers.
You can continue to vent and attack the company but you might want to use FACTS instead of emotion. No one has said that there weren't problems, and in all honesty, EVERY start-up has them. I never heard anyone refer to him as St. Peter, including me, but as long as we are moving forward and fulfilling the mission, I'm a backer.
There is no win win here. Peter has no clue how to run a business. He has demonstrated that pretty clearly. Companies like his are a dime a dozen. If you want to loose more money go ahead and invest in him. Just don't try to get other suckers to follow you. Imo. WOof.
DeNile is not just a River in Egypt!
Isn't that the beauty of living in a FREE society! No one is forcing anyone to do anything here, just offering the opportunity to help get back to a public vehicle, a WIN-WIN for all shareholders of RXPC Inc. I know the company is doing business and offering great savings to customers, the economy is displacing more workings and benefits will continue to be a casualty. IMO, the time has never been more RIGHT for success here. This is not the whole answer to our health care mess, but it is a solution to those who can't afford their meds.
I would not risk one more dime!
A wad??? Looks to me like he offered 1 million shares. Considering we are in the 50 mil range, I hardly think that would be considered a wad. Now answer this. Would it be wise to invest in getting us trading or do you prefer private ownership? I for 1 prefer liquidity, not that I plan on selling anyway, but nice to know it is worth more than a piece of paper to hang in a frame.
Now the mailman brings the "offer" to sell a wad of private placement shares.
Instead of that Peter, how about you just take the profits, put them in a CD and wait until you have the money in hand for your next adventure into the over the counter world.
There's no doubt Peter has made progress again. It's just too bad we couldn't have done this the first time around. With that said, I have to give him credit in rebuilding us as RXPC Inc. and making serious progress towards getting us trading again. I may support that effort as it will help us all.
Yes you can order and RECEIVE your meds as my brother-in-law just did. His order came from Germany and was for Niacin. Amazing price difference between RXPC Inc, Wal-Mart, and Wal-greens. He will save $800 for the year, on just one prescription. Anyone can do the price checking themselves.
Good to see you around bliz, hope all your other plays are going great.
It's pretty quiet over here. Oh wait...I have almost everyone on ignore! LOL! Not you aron755. I tired of all the attacks on other shareholders. This may trade again and last I checked you can order from the rxpcinc.com website. We shall see.
If its such trash i will give any of you my address so you can mail your certs to me. They will stack well with what i already have. I still believe this will trade again.
BTW Jr the new choice for Americans is gas or meds.
It was bought in pennyland. How many companies do you own(bought in pennyland) that you can actually use and save money?? The question wasn't that hard was it??? Throw all the rocks you want, point is the company is still in business and offering shareholders and others the opportunity to save money. That is a rare performance down here. We all know it isn't trading so what exactly was your point? When it does trade again, the fundamentals will be there to sustain it, something that was lacking previously. Nice to see, IMO, but maybe you prefer the P&D plays better, where the only business is selling paper?
oh, and i couldn't care less about your personal info. turn over some other rocks.
what pennyland? it doesn't trade.
Are you the one trying to hack my personal info? LOL. I have talked recently with MANY RXPC stockholders and don't care if you believe that or not. Why not refute the fact the company is in business?? My family is saving money by using the company I and MANY shareholders OWN. Try finding another company you are invested in down in pennyland that YOU can make the same claim about?????
Like it or not, this company is real and in business. There are hurdles for sure but it is still alive and growing. All shareholders received their certs, even my friend in Italy. Getting back to a public format will be great and I believe we will see that at some point in 2008. In the mean time, the fundamentals that will drive SP will continue to grow.
no it's not...goodbye
"many" shareholders? that's funny.
This is not an advertisement for RXPC Inc. I have had many shareholders ask me for an update.
I have talked with Peter recently and he is still planning on being a publicly traded company this year. He is trying to raise capital and I am doing all I can to make this happen. Regardless of past opinions, the time has never been better for the services this company has to offer, IMO. Many people, our neighbors, friends, and family members may have to choose between eating or their medicine as our economy weakens further. Many already are having to make that choice. Affordable health care has never been needed more than at this time in history. Call the company, after all, you own it.
The company is processing orders as evidenced by my brother-in-law receiving his order for Niacin. He saved $200 on a 90 day supply over Wal-Mart. My parents just placed their order and will save $800-1000 per year on three medications they are taking. They should receive it in the next 2 weeks and I will post confirmation. My parents are in their 70's and on a fixed income as are millions of other Americans their age. As I have stated before, we only need a very small percentage of them to make this company very profitable. As an owner, it only makes sense to compare and buy where it makes the most sense. One last thing, our govt. is doling out incentive checks that are less than the savings Americans can receive on their medications.
The # in your Scottrade account means nothing as RxProcessing no longer exists. There is no need to contact a broker until we have a publicly traded company again. Then you will surrender your cert to your broker if/when you desire to trade your shares.
How can I have a cert. in my hand, and still have the RXPC# entry in my account at Scottrade. Is this not wrong?
All of these certs were mailed about a week ago, shouldn't something have been communicated to the brokers by now?
I'm glad to hear you got your cert. Nice to know that you got a 1 for 1 isn't it? As for what you can do, hold it till the company is back in a public vehicle. Peter is working on doing that right now. Call him at the toll free number he sent all shareholders as it is best to get it straight from him.
I know that there have been many doubters here but my family has saved tremendously by buying through the company. If you own stock, it is best to buy from yourself than through others, especially when you can keep hard earned dollars in your own pocket.
Best wishes,
Jeff
Now that the envelope has come from the company, what can I do with the cert?
I put it in the Ibox last night. Shareholders should stay up to date by checking the site and using it for their own and family's benefit. Best of luck to all and have a great weekend.
How about tomorrow, during happy hour, a link to the RXPC web site gets put back in the iBox. Thank you.
MAY???? be illegal, LOL. Vincent, check out RXPC and you will not see ONE of the drugs you have mentioned in that article available on the site.
DEA Warning--Buying drugs online may be illegal and dangerous!
Federal law prohibits buying controlled substances such as narcotic pain relievers (e.g., OxyContin®, Vicodin ®), sedatives (e.g., Valium®, Xanax®, Ambien®), stimulants (e.g., phentermine, phendimetrazine, Adderall®, Ritalin®) and anabolic steroids (e.g., Winstrol®, Equipoise®) without a valid prescription from your doctor. This means there must be a real doctor-patient relationship, which by most state laws requires a physical examination. Prescriptions written by "cyber doctors" relying on online questionnaires are not legitimate under the law.
Buying controlled substances online without a valid prescription may be punishable by imprisonment under Federal law. Often drugs ordered from rogue websites come from foreign countries. It is a felony to import drugs into the United States and ship to a non-DEA registrant.
Buying drugs online may not be only illegal, but dangerous. The American Medical Association and state boards of medicine and pharmacy have all condemned the practice of cyber doctors issuing online prescriptions as unacceptable medical care. Drugs delivered by rogue websites may be the wrong drugs, adulterated or expired, the wrong dosage strength, or have no dosage directions or warnings.
DEA is targeting rogue online pharmacies for prosecution and shutting down these illegal websites. See the results of one such investigation, Operation Cyber Chase, at www.usdoj.gov/dea/pubs/pressrel/pr042005.html.
How to spot a rogue pharmacy: www.DEAdiversion.usdoj.gov/faq/internetpurch.htm
To report illegal prescription drug sales and/or rogue pharmacies operating on the Internet call the anonymous Pharmaceutical Drug Abuse Hotline: 1-877-RxAbuse (1-877-792-2873)
That buy low sell high didn't work for anybody here. Woof.
Hey just saying what you told me. Wow. Woof.
Place an order and you will see what pharmacy they come from and then report back to the board your findings. Maybe some Viagra would be a good start, sounds like you could use a boost.
In these economic times, many companies have went under or are on the verge. RXPC was an unreporting company, not even a Pink. It's mission was sound but unfortunately the funding was not enough. Diluting the company to billions of shares and then R/S ing the shareholders to bring the SS back into a decent range was never an option. At this point RXPC Inc is a private entity. The CEO, Peter Fiorillo, feels an obligation to his shareholders and will continue to strive to bring value to them. No one knows the future, and while HOPE is never and investment strategy, that is what we have here. Best of luck to all RXPC shareholders in the tough times we face ahead.
